Have not had the big day yet but they are the best team I could ask for. With my coordinator Jessica on hand I have no need to hire a wedding planner. They were very flexible on the contract signing and deposit letting us create our own payment plan. And they have included so many amenities I am in love already.

We had our wedding at the Hilton on April 22, 2017 and I couldn't have asked for a more perfect day! Julia made the planning process easy--which is no small task as we were coordinating from Florida! I would highly recommend the venue and the staff!

Julia was so easy to work with-super organized, always had answers to all my questions, made planning a wedding in Indianapolis from Colorado a breeze. I highly recommend working with her if you decide to plan a wedding at The Hilton. The Hotel itself is beautiful.

Hilton was amazing from beginning to end with our NYE wedding. When my husband and I were initially looking at venues we ruled out some very beautiful places strictly on poor or subpar customer service. One of our highest priorities was having our family and friends, who were traveling long distances for the wedding, to be taken care of and Hilton delivered! After our first meeting with Julia Hopper we knew it was a match. She was very accommodating with every request we threw at her, even down to switching ballrooms in the middle of the planning process due to a very specific request. Her organization and attention to detail made everything seamless. I was amazed at how fast she handled questions or tasks, even at the end when there were so many moving pieces, and I never worried about something not getting done. She did everything with a smile and was very sweet which made the process all the more enjoyable! Hilton is a beautiful property, with gigantic guestrooms and endless, newly renovated event space to handle any event you can imagine. We never heard about any issues with our guests which allowed us to truly enjoy the weekend. I would highly recommend Hilton and Julia Hopper to anyone planning a wedding! Thanks Julia!!!

You only get one day to marry your best friend and celebrate with all of your closest family and friends. The Hilton made that day even more special. The ballroom is beautiful, the food is delicious, and the staff is so pleasant and accommodating. You get the feeling that everyone wants YOU guys to have the perfect day. Julia was wonderful to work with - she was enthusiastic, organized, and willing to work with you to make the day how you want it. Then she takes care of all the onsite, day-of logistics, allowing you to let your hair down and enjoy the day! I highly recommend hosting your wedding at the Hilton.

If you have the opportunity to work with Julia Hopper, the event (wedding) coordinator, at the Hilton in Indianapolis, don't pass it up! We had our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and gift opening at the Hilton on 10.15.16. We also booked guest rooms for both Friday and Saturday night for our guests. Despite a few minor hiccups, such as our room not being ready at check-in, everything else was absolutely wonderful! Julia alone made the entire experience worth it! She made sure everything ran smooth and accepted all my crazy decorating ideas and relentless e-mails with a smile. I could not be more happy with our wedding day and have her to thank for a majority of it! Thank you so much Julia and the Hilton for accommodating our party!

When I say Julia Hopper made my dream wedding happen, she really did! Everyone enjoyed there selves and I had no worries. If I can do it all over again, I would definitely have my wedding at the Hilton again. Everyone was professional and made sure everything was up to part.

My daughter just got married on Saturday. No regrets selecting the Hilton. Guest rooms were large and nicely decorated. The Indianapolis ballroom was perfect in white drape and the 120 West Market was fabulous for the cocktail hour. The presentation of appetizers was very impressive and tasty. Having two bars meant less wait time. We also had 2 dedicated elevators to take guests to the reception. Excellent idea! The newly decorated Victory Ballroom was elegant. The plated dishes were delicious and plentiful. The staff was helpful and courteous. Kudos to Julia Hopper, Hilton event planner who was so gracious, patient, and knowledgeable. We wouldn't have changed anything! This is a must see venue.

The Hilton downtown is flawless and beautiful wedding ceremony and reception. Every expectation was fulfilled without question. I would recommend this venue to any bride who wants a venue that not only provides a central location for all guests, but also has a gifted staff that is both professional and personal. Billing is straight forward with no hidden charges, communication through email is fast and efficient, wedding coordination with outside vendors is professional and worry free.

The Hilton was a wonderful Reception Venue and the best part of the entire thing was working with Celia, the event manager. She always made us feel like we were top priority. She was quick to answer my emails and well prepared to answer any and all of our questions. When I first started looking for Venues, several places would take days to get back to me with very short answers (hardly even answering my question at all). However, Celia sought us out and answered every questions we had with full explanations. She was by far our biggest deciding factor in choosing the Hilton in the first place. Once we choose the Hilton, we were always pleased with the service we received by all the staff while we were there. The hotel rooms were amazing as well. All our guest loved them! The food was also top notch and we got a lot of compliments on that. Not over priced and many vendors have deals with the hilton (our DJ gave us a GREAT deal for being at the Hilton and we loved him too!) I have already recommended this place to a good friend of mine getting married soon and plan to continue recommending it to anyone else I know! I can not say enough good things about this place!!! Best of luck to all those looking for venues and I hope you take a serious look at the Hilton, you won't be sorry!
