The Hilton Dallas/Rockwall Lakefront is a hotel in the greater Dallas, Texas area for a couple’s wedding celebration. Couples seeking an elegant and modern wedding venue will love the lakeview windows with delicate drapery, the open-air courtyard and the classic ballroom. The hotel is located on the shores of Lake Ray Hubbard, roughly 25 minutes outside of downtown Dallas.

Facilities and Capacity

Our hotel can accommodate up to 1,000 guests and as small as 25. We have several different spaces that you can choose from with all different styles and atmosphere’s to accommodate all types of weddings.

The Pergola space is our most popular space to host wedding receptions with its retractable roof and sidings overlooking Lake Ray Hubbard. It does have central air and heat so you are not at the mercy of the weather outside.

Our Compass Rose room is great for our indoor ceremonies and is a rounded room that blend seamlessly with the pre-function spaces outside of our Bella Harbor Ballroom for your reception. The Ballroom can accommodate up to 600 seated and is a touch of elegance with massive chandeliers in each parlor.

We have several smaller rooms that can accommodate more intimate weddings with their own personal balcony and reception space!

Services Offered
In addition to ceremonies and receptions, couples can also host bridal showers, engagement parties, and rehearsal dinners. In this hotel, couples and overnight guests will find convenient accommodations waiting just upstairs. The staff at this venue helps to assuage couples’ stress on their wedding days by offering in-house bar and in-house catering services. These teams know the ins and outs of the space and can provide a variety of options for a couple’s reception.
