You can look forward to a straightforward planning experience working with PNW Wedding Officiant. Hillary offers two simple pricing options, catering to your vision, budget, and needs. All ceremonies start with a consultation session via Zoom to ensure your ceremony lives up to your expectations.
COVID-19:
Hillary is fully vaccinated/boosted and committed to the safest possible ceremony experience for you and your loved ones. She is only able to work with fully vaccinated/boosted couples.
Availability:
PNW Wedding Officiant books six months at a time and is currently accepting bookings through October 2026.
Travel Range:
Our travel range includes the following Western Washington counties: King, Pierce, Skagit, and Snohomish.

We really appreciated the way she was able to answer all our questions, and the help she was able to provide in terms of writing our story and vows. Although we weren't starting from scratch, it was still helpful to draw inspiration by her templates to write the authentic story of us. She was responsive during the whole process, and always helpful when we needed more guidance.
The initial worries washed away and she was amazing on our wedding day, the way she was able to tell the story of us as a couple and it felt like we hadn't just met her a few months ago. There were laughs and tears from the crowd, not to mention us, and I got compliments from several guests at how excellent the speech was.
