Lori and her staff were wonderful! I waited too long to book a florist, and I was panicking that I wouldn't be able to get what I was looking for, but Highland Flowers exceeded my expectations! They were wonderful about getting me in for a consult quickly, and Lori was very knowledgeable about current styles and trends. She worked with me to transform my self made centerpieces into a work of art! I was able to get the style I was looking for, the colors and the trimmings all at a very reasonable price. Her knowledge of the venue was very helpful for planning the amount of flowers needed for the ceremony space, and what would fit the space best, both style and size wise. She and her staff were awesome the day of, making sure that they didn't put the flowers out to early- it was very hot, so they may have wilted otherwise-but they got everything done right on time for the event. Laurie is fantastic! So talented! My bouquet and my bridesmaids bouquets were just gorgeous. I would highly recommend her for all of your bouquets, centerpieces and boutonnieres.

We worked with Lori from Highland Flowers from a recommendation of a previous bride. It was like she was in my head and knew exactly what I visioned for my wedding! She designed the most beautiful bouquets, ceremony and reception decor, and flower crowns for the flower girls (how cute is that??)! She took the entire day to deliver everything on her own and make sure it was exactly how we discussed it. I don't know how many times I emailed her prior to the wedding with questions or changes but she always worked with me and was so incredibly nice. I am so happy that we decided to go to Highland Flowers for our wedding, it wouldn't be as magical if we went somewhere else. Thank you Lori & Highland Flowers!!

We used Highland Flowers for our wedding day on August 19, 2011. Lori listened as I explained my vision and she was able to make it a reality. My bouquet was perfect, and the flowers for our wedding party turned out beautifully. She managed delivery to the church, my house, and our venue flawlessly. I didn't worry about a thing on the day of the wedding, and I was impressed with everything I saw. Lori was great to work with, and I am glad we chose Highland Flowers for our wedding.

Highland flowers did an okay job. I felt that Lori really didn't understand what I wanted although she said she did a few times. My centerpieces were gorgeous but the arbor was way off of what I described multiple times.

Extremely disappointed with the service here. When I showed up to my ceremony at church the flowers I ordered and paid for were not there. Instead I had mismatched arrangements and colors that did not match my wedding colors in the front that were left from a funeral. I wouldn't of minded too much but these flowers are in my wedding photos and is very obvious they do not match. When I spoke to the owner about this all she said was she thought I canceled it yet still charged me for it and we never even had that discussion. The bouquets and centerpieces were beautiful but the mistake she made was not handled professionally. She didn't apologize or do anything to make up for the mistake aside from refunding me for the flowers that I never got.

Unprofessional, dishonest, and downright mean! Lori gave me mostly pink flowers when we asked for purple, and refused to acknowledge her mistake. Though we came in with purple swatches, pictures of purple flowers, and told her we hate pink, she still ordered us these "lavender" flowers that 100% of our guests called pink; they were without question visibly pink. When I reviewed her on her facebook page, she argued with me for hours in the comments section that she did nothing wrong, argued with my family, my friends - insanely unprofessional! The next day a friend messaged me to let me know that Lori had stolen our wedding pictures to use on her personal page to promote her business. She made my first look her profile picture, and us walking down the aisle her cover photo! When we asked her to remove them, she told us that they weren't pictures of us but of her flowers. She did eventually take down the cover/profile photos, but left 3 of them on her site. We asked her repeatedly to remove them, but she would not. First she lied and said that she did, when I left a screenshot showing that she clearly had not. Then she said that we "sent them to her" and that's why she was allowed to take them off her business page and use them on her personal page. We never sent them; two of them were photos she cropped from a photo used as evidence to show the difference in colors of the flowers; the other photo was my profile picture that she straight up stole off my page! When we repeatedly asked her to remove them, she refused, and blocked me from her site. Her daughter also posted rude things about me on her personal page, which I have proof of, which the owner promptly denied. Lori also deleted our negative review - so don't trust all those 5 star reviews - they delete the negative ones! Beyond being so unprofessional, they did a pretty bad job on the centerpieces - totally not what I asked for! Please do not use this company - they will make you miserable after your wedding!
