I have been a wedding vendor in Dallas for 10+ years and Michelle at HSA is always our favorite to work with! She is so friendly, makes it so easy for us to do our job (especially when we have unique installations!) and goes above and beyond to make sure its a great experience for all vendors involved, not just the wedding couple. We had our first Dallas Windup Watch Fair at Hickory Street Annex! Michelle and her team were such a key component in making the event a HUGE success. Although HSA is "typically a wedding venue", the property itself has built in charm that provided the perfect backdrop for our enthusiast event. Thank you HSA for being so amazing!

Our wedding at Hickory Street Annex was everything we had dreamed of and more! The venue's rustic charm combined with its industrial elegance created the perfect atmosphere for our special day. The exposed brick walls, large windows, and unique architectural details provided a stunning backdrop that required minimal decoration to look absolutely breathtaking.

Michelle and her staff at Hickory Street Annex was phenomenal from start to finish. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made the entire planning process seamless. They were always available to answer our questions and worked tirelessly to ensure our day went off without a hitch. We truly felt cared for every step of the way.

The layout of the venue was ideal for both the ceremony and reception. The open space allowed for a smooth flow of events, and our guests appreciated how comfortable and spacious it felt. Whether it was dancing under the soft glow of string lights or enjoying heartfelt speeches, every moment felt magical.

Another standout feature was the location—convenient for both local and out-of-town guests. Parking was a breeze, and the surrounding area offered plenty of great spots for pre-wedding photos.

Michelle and the whole team at Hickory Street Annex was amazing! My team and I organize the Windup Watch Fair, which we hosted in Dallas for the first time in March. Michelle and her team were amazing during pre-production arrangements, throughout the event, and as we were loading out and closing our contract. Michelle was especially helpful to us in figuring out how to arrange the logisitics for our event which is open to the public (I gather most events hosted there are by invitation only).

The event space is well appointed, beautifully updated, airy, bright, and spacious. We were able to utilize both the parking lot at the venue, as well as the gated (and guarded!) lot across the street. Additionally, Michelle helped to arrange coverage from the Dallas Police Department to help us with extra security for our event.

Michelle and her team were awesome and went the extra mile for us! We hope to be back in the future!

Absolutely in love with this venue!! Michelle was so easy to work with and quick to respond to all my questions throughout the wedding planning process. When looking for a venue I knew I wanted a more industrial, modern look and this venue has so much character and created the perfect romantic vibe for our wedding. We got SO many compliments from our guests about the uniqueness of this venue. I was initially a little worried about the layout and flow of the night with the freight elevator in the middle of the space, but everything flowed perfectly and the elevator created the most dramatic grand entrance. Could not recommend this venue more!!

Stop looking this is the best venue in Dallas. Our wedding in July could not have been more perfect thanks to Hickory Street Annex and the team there. Michelle is the site manager and is very responsive and helpful! She recommended fabulous other vendors that knew the space well. She even had an eye for color and decor, she helped us pick out linens and more.
My guests had nothing but wonderful things to say from easy flowing spots for catering and bar availability, beautiful hanging installments that were possible from the beams, and the views of downtown Dallas! The vibe of the space is warm and inviting. It is laid out perfectly! It held 160 of our guests comfortably! We had cocktail hour downstairs with the patio that was perfect. There are multiple bathrooms for guests.
The best part of all was the room upstairs for the bride and groom to keep their stuff, and we even had a private dinner in that space. We truly had it all! And topped it off with a beautiful sparkler exit!! I can’t recommend Hickory Street Annex enough!

Having our wedding at Hickory Street Annex was so amazing!! It's truly a hidden gem in Dallas. Communicating and planning with Michelle was wonderful, and we got so many complements from our vendors and guests on the layout, look and vibe of Hickory Street Annex. It has such great getting ready areas, beautiful vine wall for photos, great space for dancing and the reception, and entry shelves that was so fun to decorate with special items. Love love love this place!!

My husband and I got married at Hickory Street Annex June 2023. Not only is this venue beautiful top to bottom, it is at a prime location in Dallas. Our guests were raving about the Edison lights, the natural greenery, and the industrial yet chic style of the venue. Michelle and her staff were very organized in documenting everything we wanted and made adjustments as needed. If you are searching for a stunning venue with the best staff, look no further!

We absolutely loved having our wedding reception at Hickory Street Annex! Michelle was a great communicator, very flexible, and super easy to work with! This venue is so beautiful and has lots of character with amazing Dallas views. Our guests gave us so many compliments on how cool and unique this venue is. There is also a great "getting ready" area that we were able to use the morning of our wedding. Our photos there turned out beautifully, especially with all the spring flowers and greenery. We can't recommend this wedding venue enough!

Michelle and the Hickory Annex team were incredible throughout the wedding planning process. The venue itself was perfect for the wedding. It had the right variety of spaces that facilitated each portion of the evening. We had so many positive comments from the people at the wedding on how unique the venue was and how well it worked. Hickory Annex has awesome views of downtown and really nice outdoor lights lining the surrounding building. Michelle was very helpful on recommendations of what had worked in the past and has a terrific design sense. Everything went perfect from the initial viewing to the contract to the wedding planning to the terrific job of set up for the event. I would highly recommend Michelle and the Hickory Annex team for any event.
