Nestled on 25 acres of land, the barn venue at Hickory Meadow can seat up to 250 guests for indoor ceremonies and receptions. It can be fully heated or cooled as needed, allowing couples to plan their celebration at any time of the year. Inside has an open-floor plan, with 6,000 square feet of space to get creative and construct your dream theme. Its array of large windows will be your backdrop as you exchange your vows and will illuminate your altar with natural light. Custom chandeliers hang from the shiplap ceiling, while natural wood support beams surround the space, ready to be decorated. For outdoor affairs, you will be free to say "I do" either in front of the barn’s photogenic exterior or under the various trees. Panoramic views of the lush greenery will be sure to make your photo sessions or events unforgettable. In addition, couples will have access to the two onsite get-ready suites. In one suite, you and your entourage can prepare in style, with four salon stations, oversized mirrors, and spacious bathrooms with showers. In the second suite, you can relieve any prenuptial jitters with a private bar, putting green, and television set with video game consoles. Both have private entrances to ensure the utmost privacy for you and your partner.

Services Offered

The team behind Hickory Meadow will provide tables, chairs, and a selection of arbors, as well as handle setup and takedown. You will be welcome to use any preferred vendors, from your caterers to your wedding planner. Any caterer you select will have access to the property’s spacious prep kitchen, which features an industrial fridge and sink and a full-length counter. Outdoor activities, like Giant Jenga and cornhole, and outside firepits and heaters will be available to ensure your guests are comfortable and entertained.
