The product is coming from China, which is not necessarily a bad thing, just a fact that you may not be aware of (as I wasn’t). Secondly, my product got lost in the mail (verified by the shipping company and confirmed by the Hevit Bridal), I paid for shipping protection (a mandatory charge) and still Hevit Bridal refused to refund me over $150.
Working with them was ok, but would basically get a response in 1-2 days overnight (my contact person was possibly responding from China but not sure).
Item may be worth the price, but I don’t know since it got lost in the mail. I had a very negative experience with the company and felt insulted and bullied by their responses once the package was confirmed lost. Others who received the item and did not have to deal with customer support may have a positive experience.
