HSE (a husand & wife team) did our wedding/reception May 2025. I DO NOT recommend using this company. It is best to hire your own vendors and not relay on HSE. Their presentation was good but their follow through was not there. They are disorganized. Also unprofessional at times. They were very dismissive and took no accountability as business owners. They always provided an excuse. At our venue walk through a month before they did not arrive with everything to show us our design. At the final walk through a week prior the design was still incomplete; it had to be created based on a design I came up with myself. HSE had their toddler present during two sessions which was unprofessional and distracting. On the day of they did not have enough event staff to setup up properly (only the husband, wife, and teenage daughter); they had to pull my bridal assistant to help them. If the catering staff and venue coordinator didn't help it would have been delayed even more. They did not fully deliver on the design that was requested (no ballon arch display). They were unprepared and so far behind the guest had to stand outside while they finished. Due to being understaffed the design was rushed and sloppy. There polls and columns exposed. Things were not properly setup up just leaned the design items againt the walls. They took a lot of short cuts with our design. They also provided day of coordination, but due to being understaffed and disorganized they did not coordinate our toast nor the toast for our best man/maid of honor. Buyer Beware, their website looks good , but those appear to be from photographer photos. On the business side of things they dropped the ball on our wedding/reception
