Had the best experience for my son's wedding! Sorry to say I had started the rental search with another local company just before Covid hit :(. Wedding was planned for May 16 and I couldn't get any response from that company, at all. Last ditch effort to make my son's and his financee's big day as special as possible and emailed Hendersonville Tents regarding tables, linens and chairs for our small event. Received a response the next day with less than 9 days before the day. So professional, accommodating and efficient. On the day for us to pick up, because of Covid, I asked and they were willing and able to deliver and set up a beautiful 20 x 20 tent, THAT day!!! The kids had an amazing day, beautiful weather and thanks, in large part, to Hendersonville Tents keeping us cool from the sunny weather and providing a wonderful table layout.

They always responded so fast to emails- about any questions I had. I ordered 150 chairs from them and they all arrived as expected and they were right on time. They unloaded them all very quickly, and were very flexible with pickup times as well! Highly Recommend!

Hendersonville Tents is who we used to rent our linens from for different sized tables for our wedding day at Point Lookout Vineyards. The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful from the beginning and helped us with making decision as well as being extremely flexible with switching back-and-forth between having the linens delivered vs. not delivered and working with us to allow us to pick-up and drop-off linens around our schedule. You won't be disappointed with renting from Hendersonville Tents.

We rented chairs, patio heaters, a bar, and various tableware for our wedding a few weeks ago and couldn't be happier with the service! The guys who dropped everything off were friendly and worked efficiently. The staff at the store were knowledgeable and easy to work with whether in person or over email. The company even worked with me to arrange a late pick-up when my venue had restrictions on having the property cleared by a certain time. Great company and helped make our special day run smoothly!
