The best rental experience we've had, professional, responsive and friendly!

Had the best experience for my son's wedding! Sorry to say I had started the rental search with another local company just before Covid hit :(. Wedding was planned for May 16 and I couldn't get any response from that company, at all. Last ditch effort to make my son's and his financee's big day as special as possible and emailed Hendersonville Tents regarding tables, linens and chairs for our small event. Received a response the next day with less than 9 days before the day. So professional, accommodating and efficient. On the day for us to pick up, because of Covid, I asked and they were willing and able to deliver and set up a beautiful 20 x 20 tent, THAT day!!! The kids had an amazing day, beautiful weather and thanks, in large part, to Hendersonville Tents keeping us cool from the sunny weather and providing a wonderful table layout.

Extremely Responsive and Reliable!

They always responded so fast to emails- about any questions I had. I ordered 150 chairs from them and they all arrived as expected and they were right on time. They unloaded them all very quickly, and were very flexible with pickup times as well! Highly Recommend!

Great local vendor!

We had such a nice time dealing with Stacy and Angel. They are so professional and friendly--very helpful and flexible as well.

They Made It Easy!

Hendersonville Tents is who we used to rent our linens from for different sized tables for our wedding day at Point Lookout Vineyards. The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful from the beginning and helped us with making decision as well as being extremely flexible with switching back-and-forth between having the linens delivered vs. not delivered and working with us to allow us to pick-up and drop-off linens around our schedule. You won't be disappointed with renting from Hendersonville Tents.

Late PIck-up made Easy with Hendersonville Tent!

We rented chairs, patio heaters, a bar, and various tableware for our wedding a few weeks ago and couldn't be happier with the service! The guys who dropped everything off were friendly and worked efficiently. The staff at the store were knowledgeable and easy to work with whether in person or over email. The company even worked with me to arrange a late pick-up when my venue had restrictions on having the property cleared by a certain time. Great company and helped make our special day run smoothly!

Hendersonville tents helped us make our wedding perfect! We rented two tents, tables, chairs, and linens and they were so easy to work with. They are very friendly and professional, I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing event rentals.

I really enjoyed working with Hendersonville Tents, I rented tables and chairs from them for my wedding. They were wonderful to work with and understood when I changed my order at least five times. Everyone was very nice and super friendly. Their prices are great and their service is top notch! I would highly recommend them for any events.

Hendersonville Tents is WONDERFUL! They're so responsive, accommodating, flexible.. we truly enjoyed working with a local, family owned business. Hendersonville Tents was the rental service that we used for our daughter's wedding. The staff, both in the showroom and the setup team, was very easy to work with and delivered all the items right on time. The items that we rented from Hendersonville Tents were in very good condition and helped to make our daughter's wedding beautiful. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!

Definitely go in and talk with them! They had great advice on set up, were so helpful, explained carefully. They were able to work with our schedules, had everything delivered on time. I am very glad we booked them for our wedding and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

The advise I would give to anyone who is considering using Hendersonville Tents, is to use them!! Other places treated us badly because we were trying to stay within a budget, Hendersonville Tents respected that budget and helped us stay within it. I am very frugal so I checked everywhere around the Asheville area for vendors and found that Hendersonville Tents was the only place that treated us like family, and cared about what we were trying to do. I have two other daughters who will get married one day and I will definitely use Hendersonville Tents again. Stacy and Steven really care about what they do and it shows in everything conversation, email, etc.

Hendersonville Tents were amazing. They came out to see what we would need and then on the day of set up they just double checked everything was right and I was able to go about my day while they set up. The tent was perfect for the ceremony and it was beautiful. If I ever need a tent for anything else I will be using Hendersonville Tents.

Stay and her team responded to every email, every phone call promptly, changed my order about 20 times with no complaints. Worked well my wedding planner, and even made changes day of for us. I would recommend this rental company for anyone in WNC for any event, especially wedding. Up to date style, and prompt delivery and take down.

Hendersonville Tents was so easy to work with. They are always prompt on their correspondence, through email and phone. The entire rental process went smoothly, and we were very satisfied with every item received. The one rental we were particularly excited about was the GoGetter Sound System. Our ceremony and cocktail hour took place outdoors with no electricity, so we needed a way to play music from our iPad. The GoGetter has Bluetooth and is battery operated, so it was the perfect solution. Overall a great experience.

Wonderful service! Stacy at Hendersonville Tents was absolutely amazing especially when I need to change my order last minute due to the wedding. She was so friendly and accommodating. They had everything ready to go and just what we needed! The table linens were beautiful and really made a difference in our venue. Their prices are super affordable and quality is excellent. Hendersonville Tents was great to work with for our event in Cedar Mountain. Even though we were located in a different city, they were on time, responsive and flexible. Stacy was very helpful choosing linens, table configuration and number of chairs needed. We would certainly recommend them to anyone in the WNC area.

Hendersonville Tents was great to work with - very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. The tent was perfect for our needs and was delivered and picked up exactly as promised; we also rented chairs and a variety of tables and glassware - all were great! I did request a change to my order a few days before delivery to add a couple of tables and that was no problem at all! Very happy overall.

Stacy at Hendersonville tents was so nice and great to work with! We exchanged many emails in the months leading up to our wedding and she was so responsive with every one. She was great about the last minute changes due to our ever increasing guest list also. I really appreciated her suggestions and her team did a great job of setting up the tables. Perfect for our Fall outdoor wedding

We are so happy we chose Hendersonville Tents for our outdoor wedding needs. They were so helpful and responsive to all of my questions and concerns. The tent was beautiful with the bistro lights. The dance floor was very "rickety" and it was missing pieces so it was causing guests to trip and fall and it was not fully assembled on some of the corners. Other than that the tent was exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend Hendersonville Tents for all outdoor events!

Great service for Hendersonville Tents at our wedding! We had a small wedding outside of Asheville, of less than 90 people, and we rented table linens and a high peak tent with bistro lighting for our outdoor wedding. The people were quick to respond and they were able to coordinate with our venue manager. I think the prices are reasonable for the area.

Hendersonville Tents was absolutely wonderful to work with. They had set up the tents before I even got to the venue, which took a lot of the stress off of me. Their tents were beautiful, and worked perfectly in the space. Also, every person I spoke to on the phone was very professional and kind. I absolutely would recommend working with them. :)
