Henderson Acres have been curated with locally sourced stone, wood, and decor, which lends a certain charm to the overall space. It is available for exclusive hire and includes the iconic three-level home, 1700 square foot reception deck, Appalachian stone ceremony stage, and the backyard pasture with 180-degree long and short-range mountain views. There are two dedicated wedding suites on-site wherein you can get ready for the occasion in style. Post the “I-dos,” gather on the wrap-around veranda with family and friends to relax and savor the moment. Afterwards, dance to your heart’s content under the stars. You have the option of booking the venue for the duration of your celebration, be that a day or weekend. The venue can also sleep up to 14 out-of-town guests if you book a Weekend Wedding & Stay. These well-appointed rooms are fully equipped with modern amenities and overlook the mountains. By January 2024, a retractable, rain cover over our reception deck, can protect your reception from inclement weather at a flip of a button!

In addition to the grounds, Henderson Acres provides a resident event manager who will oversee all details to perfection. Since the venue follows an open-vendor policy, you can hire your own suppliers for catering, furniture, tents, equipment, and more. Alternatively, you can select from the list of trusted, licensed, and insured vendors that they are more than happy to share. A furniture package is avaiable for rent!
