Saved the day!! So Talented & Sweet!
A few months out from the wedding, I had trouble getting in touch with my originally booked stylist. Makaela saved the day by opening her books for me with limited/last minute availability - and even squeezed me in for a trial 2 weeks before my wedding date. She is so incredibly talented & easy to work with - she's super flexible, on time, and responsive! I am so thankful to have gotten the opportunity to work with her for my big day.

Just my vibe
Makaela is the best! She is a total pro and was always willing to adjust if I changed my mind, but honestly everything she did was great. I wanted some kind of braid/boho/half up situation and just sent her a slew of photos. She made me into what my friends called “a woodland fairy bride.” And what’s more, she came to the mountains in Shenandoah, stayed in a cabin near me, woke up at 2:30AM to do my hair by 3:30AM so I could be ready for a sunrise hike to our mountaintop ceremony. She also did my mom’s hair and made her feel so beautiful and special. She was so easygoing and just my vibe. I couldn’t recommend her more!!

Absolutely Beautiful!
Makaela did my bridal hair, 5 bridesmaids, and mother of the groom’s hair for my wedding this past weekend. All of our hair turned out absolutely beautiful!! Makaela is truly so talented. She did a simple updo for the mother of the groom, but also did intricate braids for myself and my bridesmaids. She can really do it all! She also offers a free bridal hair trial and is very reasonably priced, which is great for brides of any budget! She arrived promptly at 8am to begin our long day of getting ready, and timed it perfectly so that we were done right on time. I HIGHLY recommend Makaela of Heavenly Hair!

Words can’t even express how thankful I am to have had Makaela do my hair for my wedding day. Her work is nothing but perfection and I was absolutely OBSESSED with how she colored and styled my hair for my wedding day. She was so easy to work with, so sweet and kind, and really knows what she’s doing. Her listening skills are impeccable because all it takes is to describe your vision once and she makes it come to fruition, even better than expected. She’s so open to suggestions and makes you feel so comfortable speaking up if you want something different, which is a huge deal because we all know how hard it can be to do so. I had a couple of people even tell me that this is probably the best wedding hair (and makeup - S/O to Glam by Holly Jade) that they’ve ever seen. I’m super picky and a perfectionist and Makaela made me look and FEEL so beautiful for my big day.

My wedding hair was EVERYTHING!
Makaela is absolutely wonderful! I couldn't have imagined anyone else other than Makaela to do my hair on my wedding day. Not only did she do an amazing job on my hair but all of bridesmaids hairstyles were flawless! If you are truly looking for someone who cares about what you want and has a passion for wedding hair, Makaela is your girl!!
