I’m Heather, principal photographer behind Heather McWilliams Weddings & Portraits. I’m an emerging wedding photographer serving North Central and Central Florida. I love the creativity, excitement and passion that photography brings to my life and couldn’t feel luckier to be doing something that I truly love.

I’ve fallen in love with love; with couples who are in love, who are about to commit to each other for the rest of their lives. It’s a quite exciting thing to be a part of. I love getting wrapped up in wedding day planning, the details, and the small moments that make it a big, grand day. Being there to capture your day as it unfolds, giving guidance at times to get the perfect shot, capturing those candid moments that you’ll never forget, and helping create the imagery that you’ll have forever—these things are what make my heart flutter with excitement.

I don’t take the responsibility of wedding photography lightly and consider it a great honor to be able to work closely with a bride and groom leading up to their wedding day. Once you’ve had the chance to really think about wedding photography, you’ll soon realize that choosing a wedding photographer is kind of like choosing an observant companion to have next to you throughout one of the most important days of your life. And I wouldn’t and couldn’t be more thrilled and humbled to be there, alongside you all day, capturing it all.

Every bride and groom deserves to have the most amazing wedding day imaginable, and I don’t hesitate to go above and beyond for each one of my clients.
