My husband and I had a very small wedding, and as a result, we were really keen on finding someone to share the day with those who could not be there with us. Heather's exceptional work made that possible. She captured all the real feelings of the day - the silly, the serious and everything in between. We quickly received a handful of the best shots from her, and not only are there great candid photos, but also high-quality family portraits. To say she is gifted is an understatement. I mean, she somehow even got our 16 month old niece to look at her and smile for so many photos! She was professional yet laid back, and dealt with what could have been a stressful day (what with the tornado warning and all) and reminded me to laugh and enjoy the day. We had originally planned a large, out of state wedding in which she was going to travel to but we ended up having to cancel that (Hi, 2020) and she was there every step of the way after planning a small ceremony in my parent's backyard.
