There were a thousand tiny details swirling around in my mind that morning and I was having a hard time relaxing and enjoying the day. Enter Heather -- Heather has a calm, reassuring, easy-going style and I quickly realized I could let her take the reins. She kept people on schedule as much as possible, coordinated all the set-up details, queued the key events (toasts, processing, cake cutting - the works.) I can't recommend Heather enough!

Heather is the owner of Heather Hagin Events and started her business in 2015. She has over 12 years experience planning weddings and corporate events all over the country! Not to mention over 10 years in the food and beverage industry.
Her experience and eye for design and detail has helped her plan over 120 events to date. A common theme form past clients and that she is your calming presence throughout the day. The dinner could be on FIRE and she will gracefully and promptly give you another option!
Heather is married and has two little girls and loves to travel when she can! In her spare time she crafts and mocks up place settings...her dining room is always a mess!
Courtney has been helping Heather coordinate weddings since 2018. She is currently in her senior of college obtaining her degree in business while helping us!
In her spare time Courtney loves to go to the beach and shop!

For a photographer, the difference between working with a planner and without one is huge. Having a day of coordinator is even better! This allows me to focus on capturing the big day instead of juggling the role of being the photographer and the schedule keeper. With that being said, Heather was great to work with. She kept the bridal party in order and made sure the Bride and Groom were taken care of. Heather was always easy to find and helped us with any last minute inquiries. I highly recommend Heather to anyone looking to have an organized and stress-free day.
