Heather from Heather Hagin Events is the best! Do not let the small review count influence your decision in booking her for your wedding! My husband and I did a good amount of research when looking for our wedding day coordinator and knew the minute we got off our initial zoom call with Heather that she was the one! She is such a warm and genuine person and made our wedding run perfectly!
Heather was also so communicative with us (quick with replies!), and seamlessly handled all of the vendor coordinating for the day of our wedding. She also offered to join us for our food and cake tasting to be a 'fly on the wall' and take notes during the meetings so we could be fully present. A small detail, but it felt like she was going above and beyond as just our wedding day coordinator.
I sought Heather's advice many times throughout the wedding planning process and she was so quick to get back to me with her unbiased opinion allowing me to really rely on her for support through the months leading up to the wedding.
The day of our wedding went perfectly. If anything went wrong, we didn't know about it! I dumped a lot of decor / signage /etc. on Heather the day before the wedding and she did a perfect job setting everything up exactly as I envisioned!
We couldn't recommend Heather enough! -

Hire her!!
I absolutely love Heather. I am a bride from out of state and she made everything for our wedding perfect. She listened to me when I needed someone to listen to my stress during the wedding planning process! I was blown away how all the details we talked about for months came to life on our wedding day. -

We did the partial planning package with Heather for our wedding at the Cummer Museum and it was definitely worth it. Heather was very professional and helped make our wedding even better than we had hoped for. She handled everything the day of which made our wedding as stress free as possible. We highly recommend Heather Hagin Events.

Heather provided month-of coordination for my wedding and I'm SO GLAD to have had her help. She organized all our vendor information into one spot, worked with us to create a timeline, and patiently gave us advice on all our final questions. On the day of, it was such a relief to have Heather.
There were a thousand tiny details swirling around in my mind that morning and I was having a hard time relaxing and enjoying the day. Enter Heather -- Heather has a calm, reassuring, easy-going style and I quickly realized I could let her take the reins. She kept people on schedule as much as possible, coordinated all the set-up details, queued the key events (toasts, processing, cake cutting - the works.) I can't recommend Heather enough! -

Heather was amazing for our wedding day of planner. Due to COVID, we had to make many changes and modifications and Heather was right there with us planning every step of the way. Heather and her assistant made sure every detail was covered. She went above and beyond and we are so glad we were able to use her for our wedding. She made sure the entire night went smoothly and even hand delivered our gifts to our house. Thank you Heather and your team for making our special day go perfectly! -

Heather is the sweetest and kindest to work with! She was punctual, thorough, and easy to communicate with. She kept the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception running smoothly and on time which was very important to us. If it weren’t for Heather, then our wedding would have been a slight disaster! We had a large bridal party and many family members who she kept all in line. She helped improvise table numbers that I forgot to buy and they looked beautiful! 12/10 recommend. -

Heather is amazing and so wonderful to work with! We hired her on to be our day-of coordinator. I knew from the beginning that she would be a perfect fit because she was very organized and detail oriented. Heather was wonderful! Starting a week out, she was in contact with all my vendors and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. She did a walk through with us at our venue and was a huge help in laying out the space. She was organized, professional, and so helpful! The day of my wedding went so smoothly and Heather handled every little bump that came up which gave me the opportunity to enjoy the day! -

Heather was our wedding coordinator for the big day. She was personable, professional, accomodating, and proactive. She provided us with guidance throughout the planning process and was there for us when we needed her. She was communicative with all of the vendors and regularly set up calls to keep us at ease, while answering emails in a timely manner. She kept us on track throughout the day of our wedding and made sure that everyone had an unforgettable time. I would advise any bride to choose her as their wedding planner - she will keep you focused, at ease, and relaxed through it all. Our wedding was a success because of Heather's efforts! -

Heather is absolutely incredible! James and I did the one-month coordination package for our wedding with Heather and it was perfect. Heather was so organized and professional. She made James and I feel at ease always. She was on top of our vendor communications and helped us immensely on our special day with set up. James and I had a particular vision of how we wanted our venue to look and she knocked it out of the park! She decorated our venue so beautifully and it turned out exactly how we had envisioned. Our wedding day couldn't have gone better and I am certain that is because Heather was there. She made sure the entire day was seamless and spectacular. I highly recommend Heather as a wedding coordinator! -

I hired Heather as a day-of coordinator for my wedding on December 18,2020. Heather made me feel at ease that the day would run smoothly with her great organizational skills and calm demeanor. On the day of the wedding, the florists left out a bridesmaid's bouquet. Heather quickly put together a beautiful arrangement out of the remaining greenery and flowers she had. She took care of all of my needs the day-of and helped the wedding reception run smoothly despite some last minute changes in the timeline. I would highly recommend Heather for your wedding planning needs!
