  Hire her!!

  I absolutely love Heather. I am a bride from out of state and she made everything for our wedding perfect. She listened to me when I needed someone to listen to my stress during the wedding planning process! I was blown away how all the details we talked about for months came to life on our wedding day.

  Heather was awesome

  We did the partial planning package with Heather for our wedding at the Cummer Museum and it was definitely worth it. Heather was very professional and helped make our wedding even better than we had hoped for. She handled everything the day of which made our wedding as stress free as possible.   Heather is AMAZING!!

  Heather provided month-of coordination for my wedding and I'm SO GLAD to have had her help. She organized all our vendor information into one spot, worked with us to create a timeline, and patiently gave us advice on all our final questions. On the day of, it was such a relief to have Heather.
  
  There were a thousand tiny details swirling around in my mind that morning and I was having a hard time relaxing and enjoying the day. Enter Heather -- Heather has a calm, reassuring, easy-going style and I quickly realized I could let her take the reins. She kept people on schedule as much as possible, coordinated all the set-up details, queued the key events (toasts, processing, cake cutting - the works.) I can't recommend Heather enough!

  Heather is the best!!!

  Heather was an absolute joy to work with. She was hands on from the beginning and never wavered. Her easy going personality helped ease my stress. She knew when to make a suggestion and also when to let the bride run with her own idea. The day itself called for terrible weather but I knew she was going to make the best out of it and she did. She ensured my vision was carried out. She’s someone I would love to recommend to anyone looking for a coordinator.

  Heather is a boss lady

  Heather is the sweetest and kindest to work with! She was punctual, thorough, and easy to communicate with. She kept the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception running smoothly and on time which was very important to us. If it weren’t for Heather, then our wedding would have been a slight disaster! We had a large bridal party and many family members who she kept all in line. She helped improvise table numbers that I forgot to buy and they looked beautiful! 12/10 recommend.

  The best planner!

  Heather was amazing for our wedding day of planner. Due to COVID, we had to make many changes and modifications and Heather was right there with us planning every step of the way. Heather and her assistant made sure every detail was covered. She went above and beyond and we are so glad we were able to use her for our wedding. She made sure the entire night went smoothly and even hand delivered our gifts to our house. Thank you Heather and your team for making our special day go perfectly!

  Definitely Recommend!

  Heather is amazing and so wonderful to work with! We hired her on to be our day-of coordinator. I knew from the beginning that she would be a perfect fit because she was very organized and detail oriented. She was able to provide input throughout the entire process and made me feel at ease knowing that she would take care of everything. I highly recommend!!

  Heather is amazing

  Heather is absolutely incredible! James and I did the one-month coordination package for our wedding with Heather and it was perfect. Heather was so organized and professional. She made James and I feel at ease always. She was on top of our vendor communications and helped us immensely on our special day with set up. James and I had a particular vision of how we wanted our venue to look and she knocked it out of the park! She decorated our venue so beautifully and it turned out exactly how we had envisioned. Our wedding day couldn't have gone better and I am certain that is because Heather was there. She made sure the entire day was seamless and spectacular. I highly recommend Heather as a wedding coordinator!

  Heather is such a wonderful wedding planner!

  Heather was our wedding coordinator for the big day. She was personable, professional, accomodating, and proactive. She provided us with guidance throughout the planning process and was there for us when we needed her. She was communicative with all of the vendors and regularly set up calls to keep us at ease, while answering emails in a timely manner. She kept us on track throughout the day of our wedding and made sure that everyone had an unforgettable time. I would advise any bride to choose her as their wedding planner - she will keep you focused, at ease, and relaxed through it all. Our wedding was a success because of Heather's efforts!

  Heather was a amazing asset at my wedding. She is extremely personable, organized, and sharp! I honestly never had to worry about the flow of the events throughout our special night. She kept everything running so smoothly. I would highly recommend her as a day of coordinator for your wedding!

Heather works extremely hard and goes above and beyond with everything she does. My husband and I felt at ease knowing Heather was taking care of everything. She was ready for anything, able to answer every annoying question we had, and able to think of questions for us on things that we would have definitely let slip through the cracks if she wasn't there for us!
  
  Heather made us both feel so relaxed during the weeks leading up to our big day--we were actually able to take an international "pre-wedding moon" three week before our wedding! We knew that Heather could handle anything that came up! On the day of the wedding, we were able to enjoy ourselves and celebrate with our family and friends without a concern in the world. It was the best day of our lives and it was all thanks to Heather!!!

  I hired Heather as my full-time wedding planner and I couldn't have done it without her! From the moment we met with Heather we were comforted that she was the right one for the job.   Heather did exactly what I needed her to do, which was achieve seamless day-of wedding coordination. In addition, she provided great vendor recommendations. Even my father made a point to tell me what a capable coordinator he found Heather to be. I would not hesitate to recommend Heather Hagin and am very grateful for the fantastic wedding day she helped us create!

  Heather took so much of the anxiety out of preparing for our wedding - she kept track of all the little things, presented us with well-edited lists of options for most of the choices we had to make (re: catering, cupcake vendors, etc), and made sure everything went smoothly on the day - which was beautiful and perfect!

  When my fiance and I decided to use Heather as as our day of coordinator we felt a huge weight lifted off our shoulders! Heather is extremely organized, professional, and above all, personable. Even our families and guests mentioned to us how sweet, bubbly, and kind she is! Heather was in touch with us for several months leading up to our big day. She always brought to our attention certain details that we would have overlooked had we not had her help. Our wedding was at my parents' house so coordinating all of the vendors as far as arrivals, parking, and the schedule was pretty tricky. Heather communicated very well with all of our vendors (who also loved her) and assisted with making sure the timeline of the day ran smoothly. Even when we were a few minutes behind schedule, Heather was never aggressive or pushy to move us along. She allowed us to enjoy our day as much as possible and helped rearrange the schedule as needed to keep things moving smoothly. The day went perfectly and even if something did go wrong, I didn't know about it! Heather encouraged me to drink a mimosa and relax while she took care of our very important day. We couldn't have done it without her and we are forever grateful! Thank you, Heather!

  Heather was amazing. We met her once a few months before our wedding and after that, she helped plan our wedding from across the country. Heather was very calm and professional. She worked very well with our other vendors to coordinate and ensure everything went smoothly, or at least appeared that way to us and our guests. I would recommend Heather for wedding planning.
