The Hawk & Hawthorne has been a beloved Asheville, NC ceremony site for over 35 years.

• A Boutique Venue. We are not a “turn and burn” venue. We intentionally book fewer than 20 weddings per year during nature’s most expressive seasons (like spring blooms and firefly season).

• Community-Powered. We are an intentional community of artists and entrepreneurs. Each member of your venue crew calls the Hawk “home.” From meditation & yoga classes to bodywork and guided farm tours, the Hawk community is excited to offer our wide range of passions and expertise to you and your guests.
  
  
• Practicing Permaculture. The Hawk is a working farm, producing abundant food & flowers from just a quarter-acre of space. You may catch sight of our tractor, Archimedes, or get a brush from Artemis the barn cat. It’s all part of the authentic farmhouse charm – and the place we call home.
