We used Hattie's not only for catering our Wedding day but they also hosted our rehearsal dinner. Llona was very patient, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. We knew for the day we decided on Saratoga Springs that Hattie's was a MUST for our big day. They made our events feel connected and Jasper's diversity as a chef was great for not boring our guest. Hattie's will always be a Saratoga Spring staple for this Southern Girl living in a Yankee world and grateful they were part of our very special day.

Hattie's was the perfect choice for our Saratoga Springs wedding. They're a Saratoga institution, and booking them lent immediate local flavor (see what I did there?) and authenticity to our wedding. They are a fantastic value, and were able to be extremely flexible with our budget and our guest numbers. They worked with us to put together a plan that fit both our needs and our budget, and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, and to put together a plan that could make it happen. During the busy season in Saratoga, they're getting pulled a lot of different directions and it can get more difficult to communicate with them, but they were extremely patient and clear along the way with changes, and I always got the answer I needed even during the period where it took a little longer. Llona was also SO patient, understanding, and helpful with some very last minute questions and changes that came up.

MOST IMPORTANTLY - the food on our wedding day was DELICIOUS. They managed to make the more casual food still feel totally wedding appropriate. The staff was uniformly excellent. The food was fantastic (seriously, our guests were posting pictures of it on facebook). Everything came out hot, fresh, and wonderful. The bartender was fun and professional and the drinks were terrific. Our cocktail hour display was beautiful. They somehow pulled off the miracle of managing to complete deep-fry elements (hush puppies and fried chicken) perfectly for a tent wedding in the middle of what was basically a monsoon (I have no idea how they did it). I cannot recommend them enough.
