Corbett was so great to work with the entire time. He made sure that we liked his style of pictures before we chose to use him. He is down-to-earth and a sweetheart. On the day of my wedding, he showed up early, and after finding out my hairdresser backed out at the last minute, he tried to help me find a replacement. He went above and beyond for us. You won't be disappointed with this one!

Hastings is worth every penny for the service they provide and we didn't even have to spend a lot of pennies.

We went with Hastings Photography for two main reasons we loved the night photos and wanted to support a Veteran owned business. I will give credit where it’s due and say the photos we do have are great. The problem is he didn’t capture a large majority of the day. He spent most of the time the bridal party was getting ready talking with Lauren. So much so that my MOH and Hairdresser commented on it. I had to call him away several times and ask for some specific shots. He kept assuring me he was capturing everything. He also spent a majority of the reception talking with Lauren, several of our guests commented about it. Despite that, we still trusted that he was doing what we hired him to do and was so good that we didn’t notice him taking the photos. After all, that’s what a good photographer does to get the candid shots. Well that was a mistake. We have almost no candid photos of our reception and zero of the cocktail hour even though we were there for half of it. No exaggeration we have no photos of 80% of our family and friends from our special day. We only had 75 guests so it’s not as though we had a huge amount of people to photograph. Then it took us 2 months and several texts and a phone call to get our USB drive and it showed up wrapped in gauze no engraving like it’s supposed to.

We waited 10 years to have this special day. I didn’t want to be a “Bridezilla” or come off as high maintenance. I wanted to be present in our day and I trusted the team to take care of their parts. That was a mistake and I’m sharing this to hopefully prevent someone else from making the same one. I should have managed every aspect of our day and told him exactly what pictures to take throughout the entire event. I don’t appreciate we now have a huge part of our day not captured.

Yes, we did reach out to Corbitt at Hastings and expressed our concerns. The reply was not one of accepting responsibility which is why I’m writing this. It does not appear he sees anything wrong with how he runs his business. Therefore, I’m sure he won’t be adjusting for future clients to have a better experience. So, I’m writing this because I wish someone had told me.

Corbett is a terrible photographer and will take your money and just straight up ignore you. His photos were awful and he has no eye for his "job." We attempted to work with him on a re-shoot and he has proceeded to ignore us or send us the random email with ridiculous lies and excuses. He was a preferred vendor with our venue and a Veteran so we used him and got burned. We showed our venue the emails with him and got him removed. As a Veteran myself I can only say how aggravated and annoyed I am that he is representing himself this way. Just terrible. We have unfortunately needed to take legal action to get our refund back. A quick Google search shows his financial issues so please avoid using him so your day isn't ruined.

This guy is a thief and a liar. He has to take frequent smoke breaks and your lucky if you get something for your money. - Don
