Autumn was absolutely amazing from start to finish as my day-of coordinator!! She had so much intuition when it came to my vision for my wedding, and followed through. She was helpful, communicative, and so kind, while keeping everything running smoothly. Thank you!!

We used Harts and Petals for both floral, decor and day of coordinating. Autumn and her team were fabulous. As the bride I had tons of questions and she was very communicative and responsive. Working with her felt like working with a life long friend. The decor was so on brand with my fiancé and I. We could not have asked for anything more!

I can’t say enough positive things about Autumn! Her vision, creativity, ability to execute on a tight timeline- working with her was an absolute pleasure! She made our wedding flower dreams come true for not only our wedding but also rehearsal dinner. She was so responsive to any questions I had, and even helped me pick out other parts of my day (table cloths, to go with/not go with neon signage, etc). Autumn saved the day! After rescheduling our wedding two times due to COVID and already feeling high stress, our previously-contracted coordinator went completely MIA. So just a month before the wedding, we were stuck looking for someone new while trying to maintain the budget. Luckily our venue sent out a call for help, which Autumn answered just like a superhero. She fit our needs perfectly - full day-of coordination along an "ala carte" option to completely set up/break down our DIY design (along with her awesome husband, Ryan). She kept things flowing the entire day and made sure my husband and I were constantly taken care of, all while keeping it cool amidst the craziness of my family and friends. Autumn is also a rad person who just "got it" when it came to understanding our alternative/nerdy selves and the kind of party we were looking to throw. We'd absolutely recommend Harts & Petals for anyone looking to take the stress off their big day and to get the details just right. Autumn is amazing, so creative and sweet. Very easy to work with and knows many other local vendors making for a seamless wedding day. She was super helpful with recommendations on color palette, decor, etc. Highly recommend!

Autumn is the absolute best! She went above and beyond for us, both leading up to and on our wedding day. During planning, I was still pretty new to Atlanta, and leading up to our day, Autumn provided so much support and offered so many recommendations to help plan our intimate wedding.

She’s very communicative and reachable and does exactly what you need on your day-takes away stress! And, most important to me, she does it all with a positive and calm spirit. Everything on my day was handled with utmost professionalism and courtesy. Can’t thank her and Ryan enough.

I am so excited to write this review. I can't begin to express my gratitude for Harts & Petals and especially, Autumn. I hadn't planned on hiring a florist, but on a whim, I contacted Autumn. Our first call convinced me that I had to work with her. She is one of the most sincere and capable people I've met and worked with. She takes a genuine interest in you as a couple, in your vision and what is important to you.

We didn't have a big budget for this aspect and she took the time to come up with creative solutions to give me everything I could have dreamed of. I was in a mad dash to get to the venue early for photos (like very bride) and felt so stressed, but the moment I walked into the venue and saw one of the tables and my bouquet, I cried tears of joy. It was truly magical. The candles, the flowers she chose and the overall look was beyond my imagination. It just felt dreamy and all my stress and anxiety melted away and I was able to be back in the moment.

Autumn was also so gracious and helpful - I threw some curveballs at her and she helped me with last-minute details and decor that pulled everything all together. I should also say that I didn't spend a ton of time telling her every little flower I wanted or micro-managing her and I am so glad that is the approach I took. I followed my gut, trusted in her abilities and aesthetic and it was better than anything I could have dreamt up. Thank you so much for such incredible work. You will always be the florist I recommend in the future to anyone I know. My niece (who is not yet engaged) already has Harts & Petals on her future vendor list!

Autumn is amazing! We hired her for our wedding flowers and day of coordination, and we had the pleasure of working with Autumn, Ryan, and Hannah on our wedding day.

Throughout the entire process, Autumn was extremely helpful. Her and Ryan met with my husband and I multiple times ahead of our wedding to walk us through all of our options from a coordination and floral perspective. They were great communicators throughout the planning process and were very helpful from an insight/recommendation perspective.

Autumn and her team, as our day of coordinator, went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly on our big day. She even went out of her way to make sure the cliche of “not eating at your own wedding” was far from the truth. We had food waiting for us in the green room after the ceremony as well as at our table after our first dance.

From a floral perspective, the color scheme exactly matched what we wanted, and she found nice, creative ways to stay within our budget while still making sure we had a beautiful wedding. Talking about above and beyond once again, last minute my step-dad built a structure for our ceremony back-drop. While our contract did not mention we would have structure in our wedding that would require florals, she improvised and incorporated greenery so beautifully onto the structure. I was also just so happy with my bouquet and the girls bouquets. They were the perfect color scheme and were one-of-a-kind. In addition, unfortunately, it was raining during our send-off, and we were unable to use our sparklers. However, Autumn was prepared and had plenty of flower petals to provide guests for throwing for the send-off instead.

I will try to make this review short and sweet, but it will be hard because there were so many examples of how Autumn made our wedding weekend and month leading up to the big day exemplary.

From our initial call, Autumn expressed genuine interest in the type of wedding we wanted to create and asked personal questions about my Ethiopian culture and traditions. Throughout the entire planning process and day of the wedding, her attention to detail and floral creations were just what we didn’t even know we needed.

She was always available to discuss any concern and came up with several suggestions and solutions to make our wedding day perfect!

For example, I needed to find a last minute coffee vendor, which I mentioned in passing, and she immediately said she would take care of it... She found an affordable and easy solution within an hour!

Another shining example, anytime I had questions or needed my vendors to communicate with the venue, Autumn was quick to make room in her schedule to either email, call, or show up in person and help facilitate those conversations.

She helped me with floral, decor, scheduling, ALL THINGS venue and vendor related, and she made sure all my family members were happy. She helped me focus, walked me through my indecisiveness, and probably took care of details that I don’t even know about because that is the type of coordinator she is. Plus, she laughed at all my jokes!

Additionally, her husband, Ryan, is also a graphic designer if you need one.
