They kept us up to date in when our rings would be ready and were patient with us during the process. Their focus was making sure we were happy with our choices and stayed within our budget.

Lori was incredibly helpful, walking me through their entire ring counter to help me figure out what I wanted. We also worked with them to design a custom wedding band for my fiance. The process was smooth & very fast, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for unique and custom jewelry!

Harold Jaffe Jewelers was amazing to work with! I stopped by there after looking at a few places within the mall but knew I didn't want to look anywhere else once I met the amazing staff at Harold Jaffe. Not only do they have TONS of beautiful rings to choose from, their customer service and what they offer is just as wonderful. They spent time with me as I looked at every ring they had in the store and never once rushed me or made me feel like I was taking too long. They made it very easy for me by allowing me to choose several of my favorite rings and then giving my fiance the opportunity to choose one of them and even make adjustments to the one he chose. By allowing you to create/design your perfect ring, this helped my fiance stay within his budget and put his own touch on my ring, which is extremely special to me! They do everything in store so you never have to send your ring away to get sized or cleaned. They also let you stop by as many times as you want to clean your ring and they will do it right then while you're in the store. I could go on and on about how amazing Harold Jaffe's is. We will be going there for our wedding bands and all of our future jewelry purchases!
