The Harbor Quartet is the premier event string quartet in the Hampton Roads area. Covering Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Newport News, Williamsburg, and parts of the Eastern Shore, the group remains very busy performing at weddings, receptions, concert performances as well as military events. The extensive repertoire listing covers music from the Classics to today’s popular hits. Adept at playing traditional events as well as rock and alternative performances, the Harbor Quartet is available and flexible to meet the needs of any performance situation.

Founded in 1997, the Harbor String Quartet members consist of classically trained musicians performing in the Virginia Symphony, Virginia Opera, Virginia Musical Theater and Broadway on Tour. Alternative styles include performances with Josh Groban, the TSO and Tommy Lee and Mannheim Steamroller. Each member has extensive quartet experience and enjoys being part of special day celebrations.
