Booking the Wedding Day Dog Attendant service through Happy Bark & Tails for my 11-month-old puppy was one of the best decisions I ever made. My now-husband and I were in the midst of planning our wedding when we decided to adopt our beautiful puppy, Oreo, and we wanted to ensure that he could be a part of our wedding. Thank goodness we found Happy Bark & Tails.

From our first meeting, the owner, Madeline, was informative, and caring, gave us a clear idea of what to expect on our wedding day, and took the time to answer all our questions. Every step of the way, Madeline was patient, responsive, and put us at ease. We even scheduled a meet-and-greet a few weeks before the wedding with Madeline and her husband, Gabriel, who is also a co-owner of the business. We were certain that they would not only care for Oreo but treat him like their own baby.

On the day of our wedding, Madeline and Gabriel arrived at our hotel and immediately took care of Oreo. They put on his cute “best dog” scarf and bow tie and handled him while my husband and I got ready for our wedding. They walked him, fed him, played with him, helped him pose for pictures with us, and treated Oreo like family. They transported him to the venue, took him back to our hotel, and stayed with him until we got back. We couldn’t have asked for a better company or people to work with! They also documented our wedding day with photos from Oreo’s perspective. The gallery of photos was beautiful and something we will cherish for the rest of our lives.

Absolutely amazing duo taking care of our precious duo! This is the first time we have really trusted anyone to take care of Basil and Winston, transport them, even give them their dinner and came back to give winston his insulin dose. From the very beginning, Madeline was incredibly attentive, responsive, and an absolute pleasure to work with. We did a meet-and-greet with our dog, Ginger, ahead of time, and it went perfectly, which immediately put us at ease.

On the wedding day, Madeline arrived a few hours before the ceremony and cared for Ginger throughout photos, walked her down the aisle during the ceremony, and assisted with additional photos afterward. She handled everything seamlessly and thoughtfully. After the wedding, she even took Ginger home overnight and brought her back to us the next day when we were ready to head home.

Having Ginger be part of the best day of our lives meant everything to us, and Madeline made that possible—without us ever having to worry or keep eyes on her. Knowing Ginger was in such loving, capable hands allowed us to fully enjoy our day and dance the night away stress-free.

On our wedding day, they went above and beyond. Not only did they make sure our pup Remi was cared for and part of our special moments, but they also captured amazing photos—from Remi’s perspective and even some behind-the-scenes shots of us that we’ll cherish forever.

Having Remi there to walk down the aisle and be part of our family photos was something we almost didn’t think was possible, but their services made it happen. Our guests loved seeing him there, and it meant so much to us.

The best wedding pet sitters ever! They were so attentive from the start to finish, I felt 100% secure that they would keep my dog safe and made him apart of my special day. The HBT team is so awesome! We had our dog Luca at our wedding in NJ and Madeline and Gabriel handled everything for us! I was a little uneasy leaving Luca with anyone besides us but HBT made the process so seamless and truly understands what it means to care for your pet like they are family. Their communication and professionalism is top tier and I didn’t have to worry about Luca the whole day knowing he was well taken care of - they had him dressed, ready and happy for our pictures and I couldn’t ask for anything more. We had a meet and greet with them at our venue and it was so great meeting Madeline and Gabriel in person. They really went above and beyond to get to know the ins and outs of Luca, his behavior and likes and dislikes, preferred toys/treats and beyond - which I really appreciated. Our POV gallery pictures were so amazing and made me so emotional knowing not only that Luca was able to make it to our wedding but also that he was well taken care of just as if we would’ve. I felt a massive sigh of relief when Madeline told our planner and subsequently, me that Luca was back at home safe and sound, tired, fed and happy.

Madeline was amazing with our Cannoli on our wedding day and night before! We wanted to find a way for our dog to be a part of our special day and we were able to achieve that with the help of Madeline & Happy Bark & Tails. We originally booked Madeline for just the wedding, then leading up to the big day we realized we needed someone to watch him the night before. Which she was able to do! We were so happy. She also attended our rehearsal to help us prepare for him to run down the aisle the next day. She did a wonderful job taking care of him the day of prior, during and after the ceremony. He was able to run down the aisle and quickly get back to her.

Cannoli hates being alone and gets anxiety. She was so friendly and Cannoli really liked being with her, which isn’t always the case with people he does not know. It made us feel so relaxed knowing he was happy and in great care on such an important day.

After the ceremony, she helped us and our photographers get great shots of us and Cannoli. She even captured great pictures/videos herself behind the scenes, which was awesome and great to look back on. We love photos so being able to have these was amazing.

We would highly recommend having Madeline and Happy Bark & Tails alongside you and your pet during your special event. The amount of care and the peace of mind provided were well worth it!!

The best company ever!!! We hired happy bark and tails for our wedding and they did not disappoint. When we came across their page we knew this was the right fit for us as we wanted to include our dog in our wedding! We had our initial call with Madeline and she made us feel so comfortable and excited about everything as we were very nervous leaving our dog with someone else. We had a meet and greet with both Madeline and Gabriel and they were the kindest people ever and made sure to cover all the questions and interact with our dog. The day of the wedding we had Gabriel and he was hands down the BEST!!! He took care of our dog as we finished up getting ready, brought him to the church for photos (which we were obsessed with), brought him to the venue for several videos and photos, and stayed for all photos/ cocktail hour and then finally brought our pup back to the hotel where he stayed with him for a bit longer and still was capturing photos of our dog! Gabriel and our dog were the stars of the show. The service that Gabriel provided was absolutely impeccable and he went above and beyond to take care of our pup and make our day perfect!!! Not only are they a wedding pet service, this company provides all media content with photos and videos that are like no other. After the wedding my husband and I kept trying to think of other events we can hire Gabriel for, because he was amazing!!! He kept us informed throughout the night when needed but did not bother us one bit!! We recommend this company and especially Gabriel 10000000 percent. Best service ever and we hope to be able to see them again/hire them again!!!

What an amazing Dynamic Duo! Madeline and her husband took care of our 100lb gentle giant German Shepherd who is also my husband's service dog. We would never trust our baby Aidan with just anyone. The idea of even having another person take care or Aidan on our wedding day, stressed us out, but finding Madeline was the answer to our prayers. She took great care of our baby and he loved spending the day with her and her husband! They captured amazing moments of us with our pup and we knew we didn't have to worry about Aidan the entire day. They walked him down the aisle for us as well and took care of him all night until we got back to our room! Thank you so much guys for allowing us to enjoy our special day with our Aidan!

Our pup couldn't have been in better hands!! Madeline and her husband arrived promptly with a bag full of everything they would need day-of, in case I forgot anything. They were mindful of keeping him out of the sun and giving him lots of water to cool him down on the hot June day. They had toys to keep him focused for photos. He had also gotten injured shortly before the wedding and was struggling with stairs; they did a fantastic job picking him up and keeping him from accidentally harming himself. By the end of the day, they picked him up and held him and he melted like a puddle. He stayed overnight and was happy as anything the next morning.
