From start to finish, they were encouraging, professional, and endlessly calming, which made such a difference on a busy and emotional day. They handled every detail seamlessly and were always one step ahead, ensuring everything ran smoothly without us ever feeling stressed. I cannot say enough amazing things about working with Haley Makay Event Planning - truly our wedding would not have been the same without their help leading up to and on the day of our wedding. We knew we wanted to handle most of the planning and communicating with vendors, but we didn't now the first thing about wedding planning and just needed a little guidance along the way. Haley provided the perfect amount of balanced help that we needed to get us moving, not to mention their pricing was very reasonable compared to other similar vendors. When we had our 1 month out call with her, we she comprehensively and clearly evaluated where we were at and what she would recommend, and it made us feel so much better about where we were.

I was a little nervous about the fact that our day-of coordinator would be a different person from the one helping us through the planning process (Haley), but trust me, you have nothing to worry about. Reilly is the best coordinator you could ask for. It was a huge plus that she had previously worked at the Highlands (our venue), but I know she would be amazing at any venue. She was so thorough in our final details calls and super on top of everything that happened on the day of - even small touches like bringing h'ors d'oeuvres from the mocktail hour to the bridal suite, which we didn't even ask her to do, was so thoughtful. Truly just her presence made me feel more calm and at ease.

Haley and her team are absolute magic - they are truly the reason we had such a successful outdoor tented wedding. I worked with Haley starting 3 months before our wedding and she was an incredible touch point along the way. It's so helpful to have someone who knows the business and could help me understand all of the different vendors and the way the whole industry works. I really trusted her expertise and organization - which kept my stress levels down! Haley and her team are professional, kind and really went the extra mile to ensure that everything went smoothly. Our day of coordination team were fabulous and I felt relaxed knowing that they could handle any of the day of wrinkles.

Everyone at this company is amazing and made our day so wonderful! Haley was always very quick to respond to my many many many questions! Amanda and Erin were our day of coordinators and both were truly wonderful to work with! We had an issue with the cake centerpieces and they even went out of their way to go to Costco and get another cake! Cannot recommend them enough!

We could not be happier with the level of service and care given to us. It was an *adventurous* wedding, to say the least - Ashlyn and Claire are absolute bulldogs when it comes to sticking to the plan while being flexible in all the best ways. Haley's pre-planning meeting and spreadsheet covered everything I needed and everything I didn't know I needed, and everyone was SO responsive with email and texts. I really, really felt like they actually cared and were excited, versus just another bride in the books. Could not recommend them enough.

My husband and I just got married last Thursday and Haley& Reilly helped coordinate our special day… I honestly don’t even know where to begin because they were both absolutely fabulous. Hands down the absolute SWEETEST “vendors”/ humans that we interacted with for our wedding!!

From the jump, Haley was super accommodating and friendly; she genuinely cared not only about our actual wedding day, but about Devin& I as people. Haley was absolutely amazing the week leading up to the wedding as she handled contacting all of our vendors and organizing them to deliver and set up our florals and DJ equipment. The day of the wedding, I was met with the warmest welcome from Reilly and Haley, they truly make you feel like family. They even ran to Panera to buy me a fruit cup before walking down the aisle! Our ceremony ended up going over our allotted time for our venue and Haley seamlessly handled the situation with 0 stress on us as the couple for that day.

One of the sweetest girls you will ever meet! Haley is such a rockstar, I'm so glad I found her to help me plan my wedding. We would have been lost without her. It's really so helpful to have someone who knows the business when you're asking questions to vendors and to have someone be in your corner.
