When searching for a wedding coordinator we were looking for someone who had a passion for weddings who would be able to handle our day of coordination to allow everyone to be a guest at our wedding. Immediately upon speaking with Haley we knew Haley Makay Events was a perfect fit! Haley is easy to talk to, very knowledgeable about the wedding industry and took the time to get to know us to ensure our big day would be exactly what we imagined. Haley was always available for questions and even provided us with vendor recommendations. We had several meetings with Haley during the planning process which was so helpful. Haley went above and beyond! She even came to help us the day before the wedding as she knew we were having problems with the venue. Haley had a wedding already booked for our day, so our day of coordinator was Valerie who were also amazing! Valerie kept everything running smoothly and handled any issues that came up. Claire also helped out behind the scenes. It was such a relief to know that Valerie and Claire would be there to handle everything and anything the day of our wedding. Hiring Haley Makay Events was the best decision we made during the planning process!

I don't even where to begin--having Haley help coordinate my wedding was a complete God send. I honestly don't know how I would have planned and gotten through my wedding day without her. She is a true professional and an expert at her craft. She knows the right types of questions to ask when working with vendors and always provided helpful insight. I knew I didn't have to worry about anything on my wedding or stress the little details because Haley was always on it. She was always so accommodating and enthusiastic--we are so lucky to have found her!! Throughout the process of working with Haley, she became more of a friend, rather than just your wedding planner. I'm honestly sad it's all over because I genuinely miss working with her. She always wanted to make my needs were put first--throughout the wedding planning process and on my wedding day.
