We needed last minute bridal bouquet and we tried to email/talked to other florists in the area but nobody was as responsive as Gulfport Florist. We gave them a call and asked about the bouquets and then placed an order online just a few days before the wedding and the bouquet was delivered to our hotel front office right at the time we wanted it to come. The bouquet looked and smelled so good. It looked just like the picture they had on the internet and we totally adored it. You can't beat their price with such a great quality. We highly recommend Gulfport Florist to you.

I planned a wedding from Pittsburgh and the owner of this shop really helped me throughout the whole process. He helped me over the phone pick the flowers to include in my arrangements. I had my friend put together my arrangements but bought the flowers by bunches/dozens through this shop. The day of pickup the owner gave me his personal cell phone if "in-case I needed him when the arrangements were not coming out". Fortunately I did not need to call him but I thought that was a nice gesture. He truly takes pride in his work and his knowledge of flowers is easily heard when discussing arrangements. I would definitely use this florist again.

Kirk took our ideas and created beautiful wedding party flowers. He was very helpful at looking at our inspiration photos, and recreating them with flowers that would not only be available, but also be the most cost effective. Most importantly, he listened to us. My mother-in-law is allergic to pollen and many other vendors kept suggesting orchids because "they have no smell". Well, orchids still produce lots of pollen. Kirk immediately suggested high quality silk flowers that fit well with the rest of the bridal party. He really put our desires first and used his creativity to make them happen. Lots of other vendors made us feel pressured to fall into what they wanted. Oh, and Kirk's prices were far below any other flower vendor that we had talked to.

I planned my wedding from out of town and Gulfport Florist was recommended by my wedding consultant. I planned everything with Kirk over the phone. I am not very familiar with flowers and after listening to a couple of ideas from Kirk we came up with the bouquets for my wedding. I was a little bit nervous as it wasn't something I could see prior to the day of the wedding. The flowers were gorgeous and I received tons of compliments. Gulfport Florist was absolutely the right choice for my wedding. I would highly recommend them to any future bride.

I wish I could give Kirk at Gulfport Florist a 100 star rating. I can't tell you what a blessing Kirk was!! Something about the word "wedding" seems to make people automatically start adding the word "thousand" or "hundred" to EVERYTHING!! Which is just ridiculous! Since when is a wedding about gouging two people who are trying to celebrate love?

This is where Gulfport Florist comes in. I made a lot of my own decorations, and most of the quotes I got were offensively high, all I needed was 4 bouquets, 6 boutonnieres, and 100 bulk roses open and beautiful for me to do my own crafts with. So many florists almost seemed turned off that I wanted to make my own centerpieces, but not Kirk- he was so helpful in suggesting different kinds of flowers I might like, as well as consulting his staff on any tips they might have for me, and even helping me problem solve along the way!

Originally I was going to make my centerpieces and bouquets, but as the wedding drew closer I knew I needed to pass off more "day-of" tasks, and was so confident in Kirk, that I was happy to let him take care of it and I'm so glad I did!! I'm a crafty person and really enjoy making things, I was so afraid that I wasn't going to get what I wanted if I let someone else do it, but Kirk blew my expectations away. the flowers were perfect! He took the time to even ask me how full in bloom I wanted the roses to be, and he monitored the flowers for a week in his cooler to make them absolutely perfect for me. My flowers smelled simply intoxicating, looked gorgeous, and were crafted with such professionalism and expertise.

Gulfport florist is truly a "bride-driven-vendor", they won't bully you or push you into something you don't want. They will take the time to really listen and help make sure you get exactly what will make you happiest on your special day :)

Gulfport was great to work with and stayed within my budget. I am not creative and he was able to recommend things that would be nice touches. My lillies we a little wilted when I recieved them, but no one could tell, otherwise a 5!
