This venue is fabulous - so classy, historical and gorgeous. The staff was amazing to work with and the food was so so good! We got so many compliments on everything! Greystone made planning my wedding easy since they handle alot of the details and I felt confident that everything would go well and it did!!!

If you are in the Akron area do not go anywhere else than Greystone. Your wedding guest care about food, atmosphere, service, ample space and I promise Greystone will deliver all of that and more. It is the best kept secret in Akron. The grand ballroom makes such an impression. The additional rooms, the history of the building, the chandeliers! You barely need to decorate. The food, the service, the pricing is all unbelievable. The staff is like family and they cared as much as we did about the success of the night. They kept us organized from beginning to end and are so accommodating. There are no words. You will be amazed. Your guests will marvel over the beauty of Greystone. The food is delicious, made right at Greystone for such a reasonable price. You will be happy with your decision to book with this team of professionals. We would book again in a heart beat. Greystone was the perfect location for our wedding reception. The food and service was fantastic and we got lots of compliments on it. They really treat you well there and are very accommodating to your requests. Before the wedding even our other venders were very excited to be working there because they run things so well. Only 1 small critique--the signature drinks served to the head table tasted a little water down, but from guests on the main floor no one had any issues. Overall though extremely satisfyed with our choice!

Words cannot describe how happy we are that we chose Greystone Hall!! We had our ceremony and reception there and everything was perfect!! The venue is just gorgeous and has so much character and charm. Ron, Kelly and Christine were all amazing to work with and we really enjoyed the whole planning process with them as well! The staff is very attentive and kept our guests happy the whole night. The food was incredibly delicious and all our guests raved about it!! Everything about Greystone was fantastic and I would recommend this venue to anyone! Very grateful to all the staff for making our wedding so memorable!

Greystone Hall was an absolute dream for us: legitimately delicious food, thoughtful staff, great location, and an unusually excellent value. There was so much space for us to enjoy: the ballroom, billiards room, and bar, and then the huge, multi-room private lounge one floor above and the lobby below. We made sure to take time to eat and enjoy our reception, and we're so glad we did — it felt like an intimate dinner party, even though we were dining with a jazz quartet in a gorgeous, historic ballroom. It felt cozy yet grand, and special, oh so special. We have been blown away by Greystone's hospitality, professionalism, attention to detail, and level of service. Everything was carefully considered. Everything was handled. Everything was efficient. Thanks to all this, we could enjoy our night, and not worry about a thing. It was magical.

Beautiful venue, delicious food, amazing people to assist, especially Chris and Mike! Ample free parking for guests. Everyone is very professional, organized, and pleasant!

I cannot say enough good things about Greystone. Everyone we encountered was so helpful and accommodating. The hall itself is beautiful! All of our guests raved about the food. If you want a fairy tale wedding, this is the place you should book.

Greystone has a dream-team of associates who will work to make your special day perfect (including Marsha Newman, Ron Dorsey and Misti Sherman). They anticipated needs and answered essential questions that weren't even on my radar. My wedding day was stress-free because I felt completely confident about the event management and planning with the team. As a Program Manager, I am very meticulous, and their ability to nail down details, hit key milestones and deliver was exceptional!

The hall itself is absolutely gorgeous, and the food is delicious. We received dozens of compliments from guests that raved about the venue. Greystone helped me realize the vision for my wedding that I had dreamed about!

Greystone Hall was an absolutely perfect venue! We knew right away when we saw the ballroom that we wanted to get married here. There is so much history in this building and it's beyond gorgeous. The coordinators and staff also just blew us away with their amazing customer service and attention to detail. Marcia was amazing to work with for the ceremony, and Ron and Christine knocked it out of the park at the reception! Every single employee that was also there to support us that day were great (maintenance, sound, servers, bartenders, chefs, etc.) They were so accommodating, allowed us to make suggestions and determine feasibility, and were so attentive and supportive. Not to mention THE FOOD! Everything was delicious. This place operates like a well oiled machine!

First off, Marsha took us on a tour of the facility and listened to what our goals and dreams were and then helped us to envision those happening in the space at Greystone. From there, after deciding to have our reception at Greystone, Ron responded within hours with any small or large questions we had throughout the whole process. Everything was done beyond our expectations. For example, the servers delivered the bride and groom's plates to our table after we filled them at the buffet. Little details throughout the night were above and beyond our expectations and our guests received that as well.
