Green Cart Catering was founded on the desire to do two things: One, to provide healthy, ethical cuisine. And two, to provide our clients the ability to stay true to their values while still providing their guests an outstanding culinary experience! Our culinary philosophy is grounded in the knowledge that a plant-based menu can as diverse and creative as any other. Our recipes are born from experimentation and passion for food that is both healthy and delicious. We rely on authentic cuisines that are inherently vegetarian & vegan. and combine them, only sparingly, with plant-based meat substitutes. Triple A amazing

I cannot put it words enough how incredible this was. Not only is John one of the most responsive vendors I had contacted, he was one of the most helpful. Chef Marisa’s food is a work of art. Finding a way to bring my carnivore family into my to vegetarian/vegan new family was smooth sailing with GCC. Everyone under the sun was happy. John was also so attentive to me as a bride on my big day that I made sure I got to enjoy the fruits of my choices. Thank you GCC.

Absolutely Amazing!

John, Marisa, and the entire Green Cart Team was absolutely amazing and we would recommend them a thousand times over! From our first phone call right up to the wedding, John was so responsive and helpful. 99% of our guests were not vegan or vegetarian, but everyone enjoyed the food and could not stop raving about it! We had so many compliments, from the harvest table and cocktail hour, to the family style dinner, and our kabobs over the campfire to finish off the night. From the very first bite, you could tell that there is so much love put into the food - with every little detail. We even had a guest running around with two hands full of chips saying that they were the best chips he's ever had! These guys are seriously worth EVERY. SINGLE. PENNY.

Gourmet vegan food that everyone will love

John and Marisa are great to work with and make incredible food. Having a vegan menu at our wedding was very important to us and they knocked it out of the park. Even the relatives that were skeptical of vegan food said it was amazing.

Can't recommend highly enough

Green Cart catered our 95-person wedding and did a PHENOMENAL job. They went above and beyond from day 1 - John even helped us find our wedding venue in our earliest stages of wedding planning. When we showed up for our tasting, I knew our wedding would be amazing because the food was even better than we ever imagined. We got so many compliments on the food after our wedding, all from people who aren't vegan (no one at the wedding was even vegan except for my husband and me). When we had an awful last-minute situation that meant some important family members could not attend the reception, John generously and graciously packaged food to give to those family members instead. All of the food was presented SO beautifully and again, tasted so good. They also created 2 delicious signature mocktails for us. Everyone working at the wedding was professional and kind. I can't recommend Green Cart highly enough.

Vegan wedding

I know 100% 5 star reviews seem sketchy but I promise you I’m being honest. John helped us organize an amazing wedding, even when we made some last minute major changes to our plan. He helped the whole evening run smoothly. Marisa created a delicious vegan (mostly gluten free) menu for us that had our skeptical guests so surprised at how good vegan food can be. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend them.

Great engagement party!

We were planning an engagement party for my daughter. We are not vegan but now lien toward plant based foods. I was not quite sure what to expect but it was AMAZING! The food was over the top delicious! ! The service was impeccable. Presentation was flawless! If you are entertaining and want to wow your guests try this caterer!

Highly Recommend

I worked with Green Cart Catering for a 50th birthday celebration. We had signature cocktails, passed appetizers and a buffet dinner and desert. We had a server, as well as the chef handling the food preparation. Green Cart also arranged for dish/glassware rental and provided all serving pieces. Except for me, no one else at the party was a vegan. Everyone loved the food and were very surprised to learn that all of the food was vegan. The suggested dishes and the quality of the food was great. I will definitely use Green Cart Catering. They were a pleasure to deal with and they did an amazing job.
