I recently got engaged and booked a photographer for engagement photos to take place 2 months from now. I immediately contacted Great Results Personal Training to help me get in shape, because I know I wouldn't get the best results just working out on my own. They returned my email in a timely manner and we scheduled the consultation where we went over my information forms, discussed my workout goals, and also took my trainer through a full day of eating. It was awesome, because I learned so much from just that meeting and we hadn't even started working out yet! I learned the importance of eating every few hours and including a variety of foods in my diet. I left that meeting with so much motivation, my fiance and I started meal prepping that night. I had my first workout session with him last week and it was great. Hard, but great! The best thing about it was when Mike saw me start to struggle he immediately chimed in with words of encouragement which helped me finish the reps. He gave me a workout to do on my own, talked me through it and made sure I didn't have any questions. I'm so looking forward to the next 2 months...my confidence is already growing!
