I am so happy we decided to go with Grastein Productions for our videographer. They were so professional from when I first reached out for a quote to when they sent us our video. They were prompt when getting back to us. They communicated with our photographer and were very communicative when it came to what shots they needed. They were so friendly. At times they were so on top of their game you hardly noticed they were there capturing candids. At other times they were on the dance floor and really felt like a wedding guest while also taking care of getting videos in the middle of all the action. Our video came out beautifully and was everything we could have hoped for. When it came to physically sending the video they didn't just send a run of the mill flash drive. They send a customized engraved flash drive with a custom engraved case. They even communicated how to back up the video and next steps. If you have the chance BOOK them

Chase and Grady were awesome to work with! I spoke with Chase a couple of times leading up to the wedding to make sure we were on the same page about what I wanted and he blew my expectations out of the water. I wanted an extra clip added to the video after he sent it my way and he was so accommodating by adding it in for me. The video included so many special moments and it makes it that much easier to relive our big day over and over again. It was done beautifully and exactly what we wanted. Can’t say enough good things about these guys! Chase was my main contact and he was really professional, responsible, and helpful. Overall, Grasetin was really easy to work with! They were with us for 10+ hours on the wedding day, they worked really hard, and did a wonderful job. I was very anxious on my wedding day and I hate the camera and you definitely cannot tell from the video, thanks to their great work. The final product is a dream and I found Grasetin to be a steal for the quality of their services. They were really nice guys and an easy group to have with us on the big day. We love our video! Another real cool and rare things they did for us - they provided us was ALL the raw footage so we can literally relive every moment of the day. The wedding day was a blur so it was very cool to be able to slow down and take it all in afterwards. Their turnaround time was really quick too. They provided us with a link to access our video and also mailed us our video (plus raw footage) on an email engraved usb in the nicest engraved box! I highly recommend booking them!

Grasetin Production’s team traveled all the way from Georgia to Gatlinburg TN to film our wedding! The level of professional and customer service was superb! After my wedding I was so bummed because my photographer did a bad job, I was so upset and anticipated if the videographers captured enough because the photographer was bossy and took too much of their time up. However, they SAVED the day! My husband and I have rewatched the video a thousand times! It was simply amazing and they even provided a custom engraved jump drive to add the icing on the cake! I couldn’t thank them enough for the wonderful experience they provided! If I could offer advice it would be to use them across the board for all of their services!
