We did small serving sizes for each individual guest and we ended up picking 5 flavors. It worked perfectly and I'm so happy we got to have our favorite ice cream.

My husband and I didn't have $1000 to spend on a cake and we have grown up loving Graeter's, so we immediately thought of them for cupcakes! They have two cake flavors (yellow and chocolate) and three icing flavors (vanilla, chocolate, and caramel) but also decorated! We were able to get the white icing dyed light pink to go with our wedding colors, and we were able to get pink pearl candies on our other cupcakes. The ordering process was so easy (even though we accidentally ordered on World Ice Cream Day so they were crazy busy!) and the manager was so good at communicating with me so I never felt worried. He even taught us how to remove the cupcakes from the transport trays so we didn't mess up the icing. We bought and decorated a cardboard cupcake tree and everyone loved the display! They were pleasantly surprised to find out the cupcakes were Graeter's, and we only spend $1 per cupcake! I definitely recommend Graeter's if you want something different for your wedding cake!!

We were not super enthusiastic about wedding cakes and have always loved ice cream so when we first spoke with Graeter’s Catering about serving at our wedding we were so excited it was even an option! There were a few different ways that Graeter’s could serve at our wedding we ended up going with buying the pre-packaged Scoops which came in a cute Graeter’s freezer. At the reception guests could just grab the ice cream they wanted and enjoy! It was super easy and people enjoyed it. The one draw back of doing the Scoops is there are not as many flavors available. We worked with Jennifer and she was very responsive and helpful with answering our questions.
