Jules was the best!

I can't say enough good things about Jules who not only perfectly executed my vision but allowed me to relax and enjoy our wedding fully! She always went above and beyond, was easy to get a hold of and really made our day extra special.

Jules was amazing to work with!

Jules is absolutely amazing to work with!
She is so sweet and caring! She really puts her whole heart into the wedding and making sure you have everything you need. She really does take the stress off of you. I am so happy I had the opportunity to work with her she definitely made my wedding day go by 1 million times smoother then if I didn’t have her by my side.

Wonderful Day of Coordinator

Jules is amazing! We hired her as a day of coordinator but she started reaching out to us a month before which was super helpful and put my stress at ease. While it takes a lot of people and vendors to make a wedding happen but Jules really brought everything together. She helped set up, she handled the caterer coming early, and helped with all other hiccups during the day. She always made sure to check in on us during the day to see if we needed anything. She was professional and kind, by the end of the night it felt like I had a friend by my side. I definitely recommend Jules to anyone!

Julianne Exceeds All Expectations

Hiring Julianne as our Day of Coordinator was the best thing we possibly could have done for our wedding. To have someone you can trust to turn your ideas & dreams into reality and to so kindly work with our vendors and family so that we could relax and truly enjoy our wedding day was the best feeling in the world. Julianne was so easy to work with the month leading up to our wedding - creating our itinerary, coordinating with our vendors, seamlessly leading our rehearsal, etc. As a Bride who planned every little detail up to our final day, I felt confident I could pass the reins to Julianne and know that our ceremony/reception would be absolutely beautiful. She exceeded all expectations and is highly recommend.

Poor communication

My fiancé and I got engaged in July 2023 and quickly became overwhelmed by the planning process so we began looking for wedding planners. After a thorough search, we came across Jules. The reviews were great and the communication during the inquiry process reassured us that we were making the right choice- we received responses quickly and often and were easily able to get in contact with her. In the middle of August, we decided to move forward and booked with her.
I had already done a lot of research on venues and inquired about others. She suggested two venues that we decided were not quite the vibe that we were looking for. She booked a visit at one venue that fit our vision and we did a tour of this and two other venues we found. We fell in love with one of the venues we had found but learned that Jules was not available during the dates we were interested in/what the venue had available (in June 2024). Our venue requires a month-of and day-of coordinator, and since she was not available for our wedding day, we had to pay for their coordinators. We had a discussion with Jules about this and were reassured that we could continue to work together until we transition to working with our venue coordinators the month before the wedding. After this, communication dropped off and became extremely sparse. We did not receive any responses from her for weeks or a month at a time. We were contacted by her assistant at the beginning of November after nearly two months of no responses. Her assistant was able to tell us some lodging choices. At the end of November, Jules sent us quotes from the DJ list we had sent.

The last communication we ever had with her was December 5th, 2023. I sent her a message a few days after that, and again in January, thinking she possibly took time off for the holidays but have never received a response. I have never written a negative review in my life but feel that people should be aware about this before they spend their hard-earned money thinking they will receive help with planning their wedding.

TLDR: We paid over $2,000 and received the following: one venue tour booked on our behalf, a few DJ quotes from a list of DJs we sent, and the names of hotels near our venue.
