Our estate has been recognized as one of the **Metro Orange County Showcase Homes** and has also been featured as a filming location for a **Lifetime movie**\.

Whether you are planning an intimate celebration or an elegant, grand wedding, Golden Fame offers a truly unique and private setting for your special occasion\.

## An Exclusive Private Experience

We host **only one event at a time**, allowing you and your guests to enjoy the estate with complete privacy and providing a personalized experience from beginning to end\.

## Event Space — $5,000

The **Golden Fame event space is offered for $5,000** and includes **event insurance**\.

For the protection of our guests, property, and everyone involved in the event, **all vendors working at the estate are required to be properly licensed and insured. Proof of licensing and insurance may be required prior to the event\.

Wedding Planning — $25,000

For couples who would like professional assistance with planning and coordinating their wedding, we also have an experienced **wedding planner available for $25,000.00

The wedding planner can assist with:

- Overall wedding planning
- Vendor coordination
- Event design and details
- Wedding timeline
- Rehearsal coordination
- Event preparation
- Day\-of coordination
- Bringing your wedding vision together from start to finish

The wedding planning service is offered separately from the estate rental and is available for couples who would like a full\-service planning experience\.

Reservation & Payment

A **50% deposit is required to reserve your wedding date**\.

The remaining balance is due **two weeks prior to the wedding.

**Please note:** Overnight accommodations are not included.
