First of all!! Thank you so much Mr. Haik for answering all of my 1000+ questions and helping us throughout so patiently and professionally while planning for our wedding reception. Mr. Haik was so thoughtful, understanding, extremely helpful, went above and beyond and the best part he always responded in a timely manner. It was a pleasure working with him. It’s been a few weeks since our reception and we still have our guests complimenting how beautiful the venue was, how seamless the whole event was and the excellent service rendered by the servers. Even though we kept the decorations simple with real flower bouquets as center pieces, the final look came out to be very elegant due to the venue itself. We had outside Indian food catering and the coordination of venue staff with all our vendors was effortless. I can’t thank enough Mr. Haik and his awesome team for making our event a SUCCESS# :)

This venue popped up a few times on wedding wire when I was searching for a venue. After countless of venues we toured we ended up at LA Banquets Glenoaks Ballroom and I am sooo glad I booked my wedding here! Honestly the food itself was a HIT! The venue space is beautiful and you do not need much decor. From the planning process to wedding day, venue manager Haik and George were sooo accommodating and easy to work with. Honestly wish i could do it all again. I highly recommend this venue not just for a wedding, but for any special occasion. I might just have to do my milestone anniversary here haha.

If you’re looking for the perfect venue to celebrate your event, Glenoaks Ballroom is the one. Haik and his team are professional, helpful, trustworthy, and incredibly communicative. They answered all my questions and concerns in a timely manner and made the process as easy as possible. The venue is clean, organized, and beautiful. My wife and I were so pleased with our experience from beginning to end, and they made sure our big day was exactly what we dreamed of. The food was incredible, and the servers were on point. The facility is well-equipped for any sort of party/event, including advanced sound systems and lighting. All of my friends and family raved the wedding was one of the best they have ever been to, and I give large credit to LA Banquets Glenoaks Ballroom for this.

Haik and his team at the Glenoaks ballroom exceeded above and beyond any available spectrum of a customer service scale. The staff were beyond respectful and professional. Aside from the amazing service, the food was perfection! Do not bother doing your event at any other venue. You will not be disappointed!

We had our wedding reception here at LA Banquet, Glenoaks with Anoush Catering on June 30 2023. Everything was perfect! We had so many compliments. The Flavors of Anoush was a HIT! everyone loved the apricot vodka they provided and liked that that got a bite to eat after the ceremony.

Food was amazing! I didn't get to try everything during the reception (other brides get it) but they provided us with the leftovers and man was it good! We had so many compliments on the food too

Overall very amazing. Everyone gave us nothing but compliments. We didn't hear any negative feedback. It was a perfect night. The staff is very attentive. The chefs know what they are doing, and I love their fusion on the classics. I'm so thankful to Haik, who helped coordinate everything and was always a email/text/ or call away. Truly a great human being who wants to make your day special. We are also thankful to George who was present at our reception to make sure everything went off without any issue. He really was on top of it all behind the scenes to make the night unforgettable.

My husband and I had our wedding at Glenoaks Ballroom just last week, and we could not be happier with the service provided to us. From the moment we started planning our wedding 5 months prior, Haik was by our side, and helped us with every little detail.

Pros:
- Haik is the guy! He was so flexible, very kind, and did everything he could to make sure our special day is planned exactly how we want it. He worked well with our wedding coordinator as well. He also had a great list of vendors for us. He responded quickly to any text or call. I cannot say enough great things about him. He was one of the reasons our wedding day was so smoothe and seamless.
- the catering, Anoush! OMG! The food was just fantastic! And so much of it! My most favorites were the salmon, fillet mignon, bukra, anything w shrimp.
- the dance floor! Beautiful, white, and great size for our 180-guest wedding.
- location! Some Banquets are right by the street, but Glenoaks has a small parkinglot in front of it for valet which makes it look more formal and classy.
- the servers were fantastic! Clearing plates on time and providing food and refills immediately and seamlessly.
- large, clean bathrooms was a big plus!
- great lighting and interior design! I loved the mirrors on the walls and the chandelier above the sweetheart table. Will look gorgeous in pics.
- you can't beat the price! The price was very reasonable for the amount of service we received.

Cons:
I wouldn't call these cons, but rather facts that might be important to some. They were not that important for us to cause trouble though.
- the fog machine was not as foggy as we wanted for our first dance.
- no room for bride to hide/get ready/rest, but Haik graciously gave us his own office to use as much as we like and even had a great amount of food set up in there just for us. There is a mirror in the office but not a tall one, and lighting in the office would not be ideal to start your makeup but definitely adequate for touch ups.

Overall would 100% recommend. I would choose this location all over again and will continue to recommend it to our family and friends going forward.

We just had our wedding here at the beginning of March and our family and guests can't stop raving about what an amazing day it was. The venue is absolutely beautiful! It's classic and elegant and truly doesn't need any more decor to look phenomenal. We had a few elements in the middle of each table but we hardly had any flowers and they truly weren't even needed or missed.

The food. OMG. 10/10. It was ready as guests walked in and took their seats and it just kept coming. It would.not.stop! The pastry turnover....I dream about it. Im already trying to see how I can have another party or catered food or something so I can eat the food again.

The service was a 20/10. From Haik, to George, to every single wait staff and server, everybody was phenomenal. Our guests even commented about how nice the bartenders were! Haik worked with us and answered allllll of my many questions with patience. He was so understanding of our plans and truly helped make it the party we wanted.

We added low lying fog and sparklers for our first dance and the pictures are just *chef's kiss*.

To sum it up, this place made our wedding dreams come true. It was the perfect place for a perfect day. To Haik and his team, Francisco and I are truly thankful for helping us create one of the best days of our lives.

I had my Henna party here and they went above and beyond! Their service was amazing and the staff were all super helpful. The hall was absolutely beautiful and the food was amazing. They were very easy to work with and were fast to communicate whenever I had a question. I would highly recommend this amazing venue
