Ginella is an excellent and professional artist. She is on time. For my wedding it was extremely early in the morning and she was ready to do my hair and makeup. She made me feel so beautiful and special as soon as she finished both services. Her passion for makeup you can spot from a mile away. I highly recommend her and would never choose anyone else to do my makeup.

Ginella will take your deposit by Zelle then ghost you. When you file a fraud alert with the bank she has already closed the account. Beware of this scammer.

Do yourself a favor and avoid engaging with this vendor. She collected a large deposit and then ghosted and blocked the bride. She refuses to return the deposit although she failed to perform her end of the contract. Legal action is being taken and we want to ensure no other brides face this hardship done by Ginella and her mother.

I booked Ginella The MUA in April and paid an $875 deposit. When I later reached out to schedule a makeup trial, I discovered I had been blocked. Her phone number was disconnected, and she began using different Instagram accounts. I attempted to contact her multiple times with no response.

After speaking with other local artists, I learned this is unfortunately a pattern of behavior — Ginella has a reputation for ghosting clients and canceling last minute.

To this day, I have not received a refund or a single message from her directly. Her mother, who is listed as her financial assistant and received the payment via Zelle, has also refused to return the money.

I have filed complaints with the FTC and Florida Attorney General. I strongly recommend avoiding this vendor. I don’t want any other bride to go through this experience.

I would never recommend this hair and makeup artist to anyone. She completely disappeared the week of my wedding, leaving me scrambling to find a replacement last-minute. When I finally spoke with her, she tried to cover up her absence by falsely claiming that the artist I hired on my own was part of her team—which was absolutely untrue. The irony is that she often says “Jesus blesses her hands,” yet her actions were anything but honest or respectful. Save yourself the stress—I would absolutely never hire her again.
