We just celebrated our third wedding anniversary and we still watch our video. Phil and David were absolutely wonderful-went above and beyond the call of duty and provided a professional wedding video that we hope to cherish for the rest of our lives.

Quality of Service: Phil and David from Giant Leap Films were there every step of the way. They did an excellent job capturing the wedding event from the time we met at the hotel (Bride and Groom getting Ready) until the last person left at the reception. Very dedicated and punctual!

Responsiveness: After our initial meeting, we really liked Phil and David and trusted they would do a great job videographing our daughters wedding. We found the best method of communication is email. With our busy work schedules, communications were exchanged back in forth and depending on time email was sent we usually would get a response by the next day at the latest. Be patient because these guys will always respond. They were consistent at communicating with our daughter (the bride) to stay informed of the details such as location, agenda, DJ, et al.

Professionalism: They are as seamless possible, keeping a low profile but engaging as necessary, such as the shoutouts. Very professional and kept to the business of videographing the entire wedding.

Value: We compared the prices like most frugal people. You will get the best bang for you buck from these guys. If you want to record the entire wedding and do it at a cost that meets your budget, these are the guys to do it. The finished product is amazing quality and well thought out. We highly recommend Giant Leap Films. We would definitely recommend Giant Leap Films to our friends and family members in the future.

Flexibility: These guys will adjust if need be. They multi-task and change gears if needed to catch those special moments. They know what to do and where to be. They came to the hotel to videograph the bride, groom and friends that were there with the couple while they were getting ready. I think that demonstrates flexibility. Then, they were ready to capture the arrival at the wedding location. The preceremony, ceremony, speeches, shoutouts, reception, photoshoot, dances, cake cutting, they captured it all.

They did the video for our May 22nd, 2010 wedding in Saratoga, CA and I must say...I WATCH IT ALL THE TIME!! -- DISCLAIMER: Generally, I am not a big fan of wedding videos because, by in large, most of them are pretty ridiculous, but not Giant Leaps' wedding videos....I am VERY IMPRESSED with their production quality. They integrated *my music* and even did french subtitles for my husband's family. AMAZING! They shoot like professional filmmakers (which they are!) and in the end, the look is BIG & EPIC, completely fun and stylized. They edit with care and a trained eye that cannot be faked. Giant Leap Films was amazing. We took a major risk since we found them on Craigslist and "hoped" the product would be good without seeing or knowing much about them. Well, the product was phenomenal. Phil was professional from the beginning-always calling back or e-mailing or texting-we always knew what was going on. The prices were reasonable.
