We got our wedding cake and a few pasteries from Giancarlos Bakery. From the cake options tasting, to the personalized service, and the yummy cake and pastries, Giancarlos Bakery did a wonderful job! They were easy to work with, personal, offered delivery service at a reasonable price, and the desserts were so good!

I chose Giancarlos to do my wedding cake for June 10. Jimmy is the baker and he is the cutest little old man!!! My husband and I went for a tasting and it was delicious!! we knew we wanted them and then after meeting Jimmy we were sold!! Our cake came out absolutely beautiful!! it was exactly what I wanted!! Jimmy listens to what you want and makes sure it comes to life!!! We did a 3 tier cake and each tier was a different cake. We did carrot cake,(delicious),vanilla cake with chocolate mousse(amazing) and chocolate cake with strawberry filling (yum)!! They are so accommodating and flexible in making sure you get what you want!!

Horrible experience!
Ordered a custom cake for a sweet sixteen over two weeks in advance. Gave them a picture of the cake and picture of my daughters dress to match the color, hot pink. They set the price of $425 which we agreed to. Yesterday two hours before the party starts we go to pick up the cake and the color is red. All the paperwork and pictures show hot pink so how do we end up with red??
The manager says there is nothing we can do to correct the color. After some arguing he agrees to fix the color and deliver the cake to the venue. Conveniently two hours later he call’s to say the cake collapsed. So now we are out of a cake, his solution was to give us pastries. NO!
Lucky for us the venue had a white sheet which they tried their best with.
In the end I had a devastated girl at her sweet sixteen and a sheet cake!
