GhilaDolci is the best! We highly recommend them for any occasion! Their customer service, and attention to detail is unmatched. They have delicious cakes, and pastries! We have ordered a replica of our wedding cake, and many birthday cakes from GhilaDolci and we are always blown away!

I have been privileged to taste Courtney's goodies from my days of working at Cafe Smitten and I'm so excited she has her own store front now. I had first tasted what would be my wedding cake when she made it as a birthday cake for someone else. When I got engaged, I knew I had to have Courtney make my cake and THAT cake (Chocolate cake with caramel ribbons and peanut butter frosting.) It was the longest 2 year engagement ever waiting for that cake! But it was well worth the wait. So many of our guests came up and told us it was the best cake they've ever had! And I would agree. It was beautiful as and tasty. Not only that, but she came in, delivered quietly, and it was just there waiting for me when it was time for our reception. She didn't bother me (although she wouldn't have been a bother) with details while I was trying to get ready or anything, which helped minimize my stress on our wedding day. We also dont have to save our cake topper for our year anniversary (because let's be honest, that's kind of gross, even if it is tradition) because she includes a small anniversary cake in her price. I am so glad we had Courtney make our cake and that we can go get her goodies whenever we want!

We got a 3 tier cake and cupcakes. The design was what we envisioned plus the taste was 10+ stars.

I stumbled across GhilaDolci on Instagram and, upon seeing how amazing the cakes looked, I ordered a red velvet cake that had marble fondant for my wedding. I knew it would be beautiful, but I was floored with how amazing it looked in person. The attention to detail on the cake was simply stunning! I received so many compliments on how it looked. Furthermore, it not only looked great it tasted AMAZING! Hands down the best cake I have ever eaten! I even had family members texting me after my wedding asking for another slice of my leftover wedding cake. It was that good!

Courtney is very talented and sweet to work with! We enjoyed our consultation with her, the samples, and quick communications. She was very creative in making our vision come true and we appreciate her expertise which made the cake and treats even better. Her work is made with a lot of love as illustrated in the design and taste. We will be reaching out to GhilaDolci for more in the future!

GhilaDolci Bakery did my wedding Cake for October 19th, 2018 in Ivanhoe. We absolutely loved the way are wedding cake came out! It tasted so good and looked so beautiful. Courtney was a dream to work with! Her flavors for her cakes are SO SO GOOD! All of my guests even after the wedding couldn't stop saying so many good things about how amazing the cake tasted. GhildaDolci Bakery was the absolute perfect choice for our October wedding. Courtney, the owner/baker, was super friendly, accommodating, easy to communicate with and very professional. On top of the excellent service, the desserts are AMAZING. For the wedding, we ordered a variety of treats including a small 6" cake, cupcakes, cookies and lemon bars. Everything was absolutely delicious and I'm still thinking about the Italian rum cake and the peanut butter cookies. 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend.

Nothing but great things to say about Courtney! From the beginning she was so kind and helpful to us. She was very patient as we decided and was always very quick to offer us any help and answer any questions we had. Everything she makes is amazing and our wedding guests agreed as well. I've heard nothing but good things about the desserts she provided for us for our wedding and our wedding cake was delicious too! She is super thoughtful too!! She even saved desserts for us in a little box for us to eat after the wedding! I really appreciated that because otherwise I would of not been able to taste her yummy desserts!! I can confidently say that Courtney will not stay as just a vendor I had for my wedding, I will continue to request she make yummy desserts for us as we have different milestones and events.
