GhilaDolci Bakery is owned and operated by Courtney Ghilarducci-Dendy in Bakersfield, CA. Coming from an Italian, farming family, food has always played an essential role in gatherings. She developed a love for desserts at young age while helping her Nonna and Mom in the kitchen prepare biscotti, cakes, and pies. With this love and passion for desserts, Courtney decided to attend Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, CA and completed the Baking and Patisserie program.
GhilaDolci always makes everything from scratch and uses the finest ingredients. From your classic all-American desserts and wedding cakes to Italian inspired pastries, you can be sure to find something here for your special event!
