I got married on July 19th and we were very lucky to have Father Gerry to ordain the ceremony.
What is so great about Father Caprio, or Gerry, as he insists on being called, was that whilst there was a transaction involved, he did not make you feel at any stage along the way that he was running this as a business. So much so that he only advised us on a suggested amount!
More importantly, Father Gerry made it apparent that he really wanted to get to know us better, so much so that he took time out of his day to meet us as well as meet my wife's parents prior to the wedding. This was purely optional and really helped him to get to know us better so that he could make the service more personalized.
He was also exceptional at taking into account our requests, to have a traditional service whilst factoring in that neither my wife or I are overly religious. In short he will tailor your service according to your wishes, and will work across faiths as needed.
He was very good at the rehearsal to make sure we all knew what to do. With the enormity of the event I forgot some of the steps, which was of no bother as Gerry was there to guide us along when necessary.
He was also exceptional at keeping us calm when we where exchanging vows making the whole event so very special.
I will definitely stay in touch with Gerry and would highly recommend him if you are looking to tie the knot!
