George Street Photo and our photographer, Patricia, were great to work with. Never once did we have a concern as to whether or not we made the right choice- we absolutely did! We have wonderful pictures from our wedding that were received quickly after; and everything we wanted captured in photo was at our request. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

We had Jenna do our engagement photos as well as our wedding photos and we love all of them! Jenna was so nice and made us, our family and guests feel comfortable in front of the camera. She helped me create the day of schedule so that we could get in all the photo and video that we wanted and then kept us on that schedule on the day to ensure it all happened. She got to the venue early to check it all out and prepare herself. We took prewedding photos with bridal party and family at a park by the hotel. Jenna ran over there really quick while we were all making our way there and found a few great spots to take our pictures even though the park was full of birthday parties and another wedding group. She was sure to keep all these other people out of the background of our photos. Back at the hotel, there were boat docks that were locked but we really wanted pictures on them and Jenna went out there while we were eating dinner and found a way to get us out there. The shots from this part are amazing and we are so grateful we were able to get on the boat docks!! Our videographer, Max, was also wonderful! He seemed to always be in the right place at the right time and wwe can't wait to see the final video!! George Street was great about reminders for all the small detail things that needed to get done. Great experience overall!

George Street was by far the best vendor we had throughout our whole wedding planning process and on the wedding day itself.

The quality of the engagement photos, wedding photos and wedding video are absolutely on par with pricier solo professional photographers, we really didn't feel like we were being taken advantage of and that was such a relief when all other vendors seemed to want to stiff us with steep bills for every little thing.

The photographers and videographer were awesome. They were all so personable and fun and really made the process that much more special. We honestly felt like they were wedding guests just like everyone else. We got married at an outdoor venue and there was a bit of overcast on that day, so their work was really allowed to shine given the lighting.

In all seriousness, I would (and already have) recommend George Street to any of our family and friends. The price, quality and care that they put into their work makes all of the difference

Both the video and the pictures were breathe taking. Plus, Elaine made sure we were standing at the correct angles for the best results.

We waited until the end of an incredibly long and stressful eight-month process to share our experience with this company, in hopes that no other couple has to go through what we did.

What should have been a joyful part of our wedding, turned into one of the most frustrating and emotionally draining experiences we’ve ever had.

From the start, there were serious problems with our photos and video. Important moments were completely missed, angles were poorly chosen despite our clear directions given in advance, and the video quality was shaky and unprofessional. Our photographer gave little to no guidance, and the videographer’s demeanor made the experience uncomfortable.

It took over four months just to receive the original video—and many months more to get a version we could even consider acceptable. Throughout the process, we were handed off from person to person, having to re-explaining everything over and over. No one seemed to take real ownership, and we never truly felt supported.

Eventually, they offered us a small $200 refund—but only if we signed a legal agreement within two days, giving up our right to leave public feedback. At that point, we still hadn’t received the raw footage or a completed edit. We’re incredibly thankful we didn’t sign under pressure and lose our right to leave honest feedback.

They later retracted the offer and instead pushed print credits, despite us repeatedly stating we weren’t interested in products. The fact that they have this process—offering products in exchange for silence—makes it clear this isn’t an isolated situation. They have a system in place to deal with unhappy clients and value a fake reputation over honesty and transparency.

Their business model prioritizes volume over quality. They assign whoever is available, with no guarantee of fit or professionalism. You might save a little money, but the stress, disappointment, and lost memories simply aren’t worth it.

We are heartbroken that many of the most meaningful moments of our wedding were missed or mishandled. While we eventually received our raw footage, the emotional toll was far too high.

Please—DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY—You deserve better. On your wedding day, and especially after it.
