Trusting Gerald to capture the most important day of our lives was hands down the best decision we made. From the moment we inquired about his services, he was communicative from beginning to the very end. He understands how much details matter to couples (especially the brides). He took the initiative to schedule zoom meetings to get to know us, go over our expectations, and discuss our wedding timeline EVERY time it changed. On our wedding day, he made us feel very comfortable with his jokes and professionalism. Our wedding pictures and video were everything we wished for and more! My experience with Gerald from GTM was amazing. He is patient, kind, and extremely professional in his work and attitude. He was proactive about scheduling time to talk and ask me important questions and an absolute pleasure to work with in general. (He was extremely flexible, and forgiving, even after I completely dropped the ball and missed the first half our of our first meeting!) The footage he captured of our big day is absolutely amazing, and I am overjoyed to have such special memories on video. He was everywhere at once somehow to not only shoot our special moments, but capture the joy and interactions of our guests! He makes you feel comfortable so that even in those potential awkward poses/moments, it never feels that way. He is responsive and works with you to achieve your vision. What an amazing wedding day i had! Gentleman’s touch media exceeded my expectations. From the very first day i contacted them to the end of my wedding day, nothing was short of amazing. The communication was great, and Gerald captured exactly what my husband and i had imagined. My sister is getting married and we will be booking Gentleman’s touch media again because we loved the work they did for us.
