I love the Gem Shop!
We came here to get a customized wedding band made to fit around my engagement ring. It could not have turned out more perfect or beautiful.

The man (whose name I should remember) who guided us through the process, when we initially went in, is very knowledgeable, calm and friendly. I was a little discombobulated the first time we went in and he was like "have some chocolate" - they have chocolate on top of the viewing glass :)

The gold band that was custom made is PERFECT. My engagement ring is a vintage piece from the 30's and the diamonds are quite chunky, so we were so pleased at how well both bands came together like puzzle pieces.

I think we met the owner when we came to pick up the wedding band. I got to talking with him and he showed us some cool and creative pieces he made at the request of one of his colorful regular customers. Thanks Gem Shop!

My ring is beautiful, the cutting work they did on the wedding band to make it fit around my uniquely shaped engagement ring was perfect. They offer very competitive pricing, friendly service and quality products. I plan to continue to go here for all of my jewelry in the future. It was a great experience. Substantially better than any of my experiences with quality or pricing at the LA jewelry mart.

I was fortunate enough to receive a beautiful ring from my now mother-in-law that needed to be resized and updated. I was a terrible client, though! No specific idea of what I wanted, just random ideas that I couldn't put together. David was so patient with me, and really took the time to talk to me and get an idea of what I wanted. Because I had time visualizing what he was talking about, he even made a partial "model" of my ring, with the stones held in wax, to make sure I liked it. I now have a perfect, beautiful one-of-a-kind ring that will last me a lifetime! Can't recommend enough!
