I knew I wanted a wedding cake that was delicious, so I went with my favorite cake: tira misu. I'd had the tira misu at Gatto's before, and it's easily one of the best I've had. I contacted the restaurant to see how to purchase in bulk, and they were friendly and prompt with their responses. They were willing to drop the cake off at my event location (The Odyssey Country Club in Tinley Park) and were responsive in providing The Odyssey with the required legal paperwork. The cake was absolutely delicious -- the Italian half of the family heartily approved, and everyone else seemed to enjoy it, too.
