Our expressive design talent, under the leadership of Terrensia, work closely with clients to define their unique vision. From the detailed design plans, to the storyboards,designs are brought alive to provide clear and artistic visuals for clients. Galería events ensure that every element inclusive of; catering, signage, entertainment, floral designs, lighting, custom furniture, graphics, draperies, linens, security etc… are thoughtfully curated and clearly communicated that a harmonious relationship exists between design team and client. Misleading and Untrustworthy
There were multiple changes to the agreed-upon terms and pricing, which created confusion and eroded my confidence in the partnership. What made matters worse was that after previously stating a partial refund would be offered, that promise was not honored when it came time to follow through.
While I understand that creative work can evolve, there’s a professional responsibility to maintain transparency, uphold commitments, and treat clients with fairness—especially when planning an event as personal as a wedding.
I ultimately made the difficult decision to walk away from the agreement 5 weeks before my wedding because I no longer felt comfortable moving forward. I hope this feedback is received as an opportunity for growth, because there is talent here—but a more trustworthy and client-centered approach is needed.
