At Events By Alina, we know planning a wedding can feel like a lot. There are vendors to book, timelines to create, details to keep track of, and a million little decisions along the way. That’s where we come in.
We’re a Jamaica-based, woman-owned wedding planning and coordination company helping couples bring their wedding vision to life without feeling overwhelmed by everything that comes with planning.
We offer personalized planning, design, and coordination services to fit your needs.
Our job is to make sure the details are handled, the day runs smoothly, and you get to actually enjoy your wedding.

Day of Coordination
Have you already planned your wedding but need someone to take over as wedding dayapproaches? Our Day of Coordination service allows you to hand over the logistics so you can relax and enjoy your wedding. We’ll manage the timeline, coordinate your vendors, oversee setup, and make sure everything comes together as planned.
Partial Wedding Planning
Do you need a little more support? Our Partial Planning service is perfect for couples who want to be involved in planning their wedding but would love professional guidance along the way. We will help you manage vendors plus organize the details and bring everything together. We’ll step in where you need us most.
Full Wedding Planning

The best wedding coordinator hands down!!!!!!!!!
On the day of wedding, Alina ensured the ceremony and reception spaces were perfect. Mrs. Rose-Marie stayed with me in the bridal suit to help me get ready. She steamed my dress and ensured I stayed hydrated. She also made sure the rest of the bridal party was ready. There was an issue with hotel security not letting in guests with day pass’s and Mrs. Rose-Marie told them straight up to stop calling and upsetting the bride lol.
My wedding was everything I wanted and I could not have done it without Alina. Planning a destination wedding while you’re overseas is beyond stressful. Having Alina helping to do the footwork was invaluable.
Having a coordinator for your wedding is a non-negotiable. I cannot recommend Events by Alina enough!!!!!!!
