Anna was so helpful when planning out our reception. She gave us so many recommendations and helped us with so many steps in the wedding planning process. The venue itself was spacious and plenty of room for dancing! The food was absolutely delicious and the staff was very helpful. Lovely place and would recommend!

We just had my Mother-In-Laws surprise birthday party this past Sunday at Gaetano's Catering on Banksville Road in Pittsburgh, PA 15216.

We could not have been more pleased! We had previously used Gaetano's Catering at a local center for a funeral wake awhile back and were very grateful for their amazing efficiency on such a short notice event.

We had originally thought about having this birthday party, again to be catered at a local community center, but after speaking with Anna Gaetano, we realized that using her venue this time was not only more economical, but much easier and a LOT Prettier! :)

Let me tell you... this was the best move we could have made! The only effort on our part for the entire event was to invite the guests, bring a handful of balloons and pictures and they truly handled absolutely EVERYTHING ELSE!!

This was one of the first parties I have ever had that I could actually enjoy myself!!! The venue was so nice & pretty, the food was GREAT, the service could not have been better!!! My Mother-In-Law had such a lovely time!!!

Sorry for all the exclamation marks, but honestly... they are well deserved by Anna and her staff...Thank you all soooo much for making our party a wonderful, successful, memorable event!!

Gaetano's Banquet Center and Catering is a beautiful, clean and quality venue. The rooms available at Gaetano's are very useful for several different events and sizes of events. For a large wedding like mine (230 guests), I found Gaetano's to be the perfect size and the perfect setting; the owner, Anna is very open and flexible when deciding on the room set up which makes all the difference. Additionally, Gaetano's food is exceptional and guests at my wedding raved about the meal they had. Most importantly, when planning a wedding, it is important to work with a venue that's friendly, available and committed to their service. The owners of Gaetano's are remarkably kind and friendly and want to ensure that your event is the best it can be. They strive to be available to answer questions and come to the venue in order to plan set up and decorations. The owners are committed to providing quality service before, during and after your event and willing to work with you and other vendors you want to bring in (i.e. cake, DJ). Also, because of their experience, Anna is very knowledgeable about quality vendors in the Pittsburgh area. She is able to guide you to quality vendors she has worked with in the past which was very helpful to me in the wedding planning process. I would highly recommend this venue to any bride looking for an affordable venue with high quality service and delicious food.

Gaetano's Banquet Center made my wedding day a dream come true. From beginning to end they were easy to work with and really cared to make our day special. I cannot thank them enough or express how much it meant to us. The planning process was very easy, we decided on a delicious menu and Anna helped us to find a photographer, set up the music, accommodate the cookies & dropping off of cake. We had an easy payment plan and were able to drop off and set up the day before when we had our rehearsal dinner there.
To avoid having our guests go outside on a hot summer day we had the ceremony in the upstairs banquet room which was perfect. We decorated the dance floor to create an alter and there were rows of chairs for the guests. The ceremony was lovely and we took pictures in that room as well while the rest of the guests went downstairs to the larger banquet room for appetizers.
The reception was amazing. The food was wonderful, we had a buffet but the bridal table was served appetizers and dinner. Anna help to keep the day moving from cutting the cake to the first dance. Admittedly the day flew by but it was just perfect and I credit that mostly to Anna and the rest of the Gaetano family.

Gaetano's was very responsive to all of our needs. The upstairs room was prefect for our intimate wedding ceremony, and the food was phenomenal.

First off the food was delicious. Everyone talked about how great it was. They let us decorate and even have ideas when we needed some. They were so nice to work with and also was flexible with the food if we needed it. I would use them again.

Anna is amazing to work with. She is caring, hard working, VERY affordable, and helpful. She made our day simple and very fun!
She was helpful for every question, idea, concern, and thought I had. I couldn't have asked for a more patient and caring event hostess.

I had my wedding ceremony and reception last year at this location. The reception was very intimate, upstairs of the restaurant, Anna Gaetano was so kind and generous to decorate the upstairs the way I liked it, all I had to do was give her the decorations I bought and she made it look lovely! She made the reception so easy for me to plan that she helped me personally plan out the table arrangements, The staff were really friendly and a big help!! The food was excellent, I had chicken Florentine, roast beef, roasted potatoes, green beans, salad and bread and butter!!! Everything was excellent!!
