We got married on February 23, 2025, at the breathtaking Living Sculpture Sanctuary, a sacred outdoor space filled with lush greenery, bonsai trees, and serene beauty. From the moment we first met Gaetana, we knew she was the perfect person to help bring our wedding to life. She welcomed us with open arms—even while in the middle of planning another wedding—and fully engaged with us as if we were already her top priority. That first meeting sealed the deal: we had found our wedding planner.



Since we made the decision to get married just two months out, we thought we had most of the components in place. However, once we started working with Gaetana, we realized just how much we hadn’t even considered. Her meticulous attention to detail, deep knowledge of Jewish wedding traditions, and expertise in coordinating every moving piece were invaluable. She knew everything—from the Ketubah to the Chuppah, from the badeken to the breaking of the glass—ensuring that every tradition was honored beautifully.



She took charge of coordinating vendor quotes, catering, audiovisual logistics, and every single tiny detail we wouldn’t have even thought about. And through it all, she was always available—whether by text or call, any day of the week—with unwavering positivity and support. Even when rain was in the forecast, she remained our rock, keeping spirits high and reminding us to trust her process. And she was right—everything turned out perfectly.



On the wedding day, Gaetana worked tirelessly for over 14 hours with boundless energy, a bright smile, and a deep commitment to making our day magical. She personally oversaw every flower placement, music cue, seating arrangement, and service detail, ensuring that we felt like royalty. Not only did she take care of us as the bride and groom, but she also extended her warmth and attentiveness to our families, making sure everyone felt special.



Her generosity went beyond just planning—she even provided her own materials, like place cards, to make sure everything was flawless. A review cannot contain the amount of gratefulness I have for Gaetana and how she made our wedding day a even more memorable one.
1. Preparedness: A month prior to the wedding, Gaetana called me and my husband to discuss every single detail, from entrances, signs, timings, tables, seats, etc.
2. Gaetana kept every single vendor in the loop and as well as meet any requirements they needed the day of the wedding.
3. Day of: While me and the wedding party were worrying about our hair and makeup, Gaetana managed all the all the things, from the smallest to biggest. I had no worries about a family picture not being hung up, or a last minute guest needing a chair. She was a director that day, and she made sure everything was where it needed to be.
4. My absolute favorite thing was a few days prior to the wedding, Gaetana provided us with a VERY detailed timeline of the day. Every minute counted, and she made sure everything happened when it needed to happen.

We are beyond happy to have had Gaetana as our day of coordinator and cannot recommend her enough!

Geatana was recommended by my catering vendor and I am so thankful to have picked her. She was on top of everything, she always made sure we were ok and if we needed anything.
