The food was absolutely delicious. The price was extremely reasonable and we fed 200 people for under $4800.

I have to admit I was a bit nervous at the beginning when I hadn't heard back from our caterer after a number of phone calls. Despite the initial lack of response when inquiring about certain food choices, we decided to go with Gabe's as we had heard so many good things about them. My DH made sure to contact the owner and give him all the details & also made sure to receive a response so it all worked out in the end. I do have to add that the food was delicious & we are still getting calls about who we'd chosen!
