The Led centerpiece were amazing!

I finally got in contact with the owner Oingwen Han (Kevin) and he wasn't very helpful. If he knew how the freight industry works he would know companies should not be held accountable for internal mistakes. He wants us to pay for his internal mistake his shipper. So anyone who is looking to do business with them I would suggest to stay away also if they quote you I would say to not pay any additional charges. Reason being the owner believes they should not be charged anything extra if they were not quoted for. So if they bill you more than what they stated I suggest you do the same. It's as to see a company not really care about their business.

P.S- If they are unresponsive I suggest you just write a review, since this is the only way to get a hold of them. They will ignore you at both contact numbers.
