Fryborg is a food truck in New Haven, CT that specializes in hand-cut, double-fried french fries served with a variety of dipping sauces and toppings. I had them for my cocktail hour at my wedding, and they were a huge hit. They served tasty grilled sandwiches of both savory and sweet varieties and delicious and unique french fries. people loved the fun combinations such at BLT french fries, and found the foods playful and fun to eat. The food was excellent and the owner was very nice to work with. The only issue that we ran into was that one of the truck staff called in sick and the truck showed up late. Food was not ready until over an hour into our party. Jon was very professional and did the very best he could. He cooked and served all of the food himself. I would hire this food truck again despite the issues.
