We are truly a bake from scratch bakery/cupcakery. Not a franchise and do not use mixes. Although we do specialize in cupcakes, we also do customs cakes, pastries, cookies and since we are bakers, we can pretty much do whatever you are looking for. We are literally a Mom and Pop and Sharon is very skilled and creative baker. If you have any doubts, feel free to do a Google search on Frostings Etc and look at the numerous reviews, news stories, TV exposure and videos about us. We were formed in 2008. Also, take time to go to our facebook page, and instagram. (instagram acct is frostingsetcpics) There are a lot of pictures there and on facebook look for our wedding album and cake album.

People forget we are a retail store open 5 days a week, so we do our wedding consultations/tastings right in our shop.

If you really want to wow your guests, Frostings Etc is the best. Most unique flavors in Tampa. There are things we do that nobody in Tampa can duplicate. Best ingredients, no preservatives, highest quality chocolates etc.

We also do vegan, gluten free and organic.

I am so glad that the Rusty Pelican recommended that my now husband and I contact Joe and Sharon! They helped us have the best wedding dessert ever! We loved that we were able to get a variety of flavors of cupcakes, it made the decision a little easier. All of Frostings, etc's flavors are amazing. We ended up uses the cookie dough, red velvet, smores, and vanilla. We could not be happier that we went with Frostings! Our guests loved all the flavors and we loved how easy Joe and Sharon made it to plan. Our meeting with Joe was my now husband's favorite part of wedding planning, 1. because he got to try so many amazing cupcakes and 2. because Joe was the first vendor to ask his opinion and not just defer to me. The fact that Joe made my then fiance feel so important was one of many reasons that we love Frostings! When you book with Frostings, be prepared for the best cupcakes and cakes ever! Thank you for the fabulous cake Joe and Sharon!

My husband and i got married at the Rusty Pelican in Tampa, we only had a few places that we could choose from for our wedding cake/cupcakes. Frosting's is the company we chose and boy are we happy we did! We decided to do cupcakes instead of a traditional cake. This company was so helpful and making our process so easy to choose what we wanted. The tasting was a great experience and we even got to take home the ones we couldn't finish tasting. We chose 3 flavors, chocolate, red velvet, and cookie dough. They are the best cupcakes I've ever had and the frosting is truly amazing.

My daughter was married at Rusty Pelican and we had 3 choices to get the wedding cake/cup cakes from and Frostings was by far the very best quality. They were very accommodating regarding vegan cupcakes. Our guest raved about the 5 cupcake flavors we take. I would highly recommend Frostings because everything is made from scratch and the taste is amazing.

i can't possibly imagine our wedding without Joe and his wife so here is a post I made after our wedding to try and show how amazing they were: What a whirlwind it was but we have to take a step back and thank those that brought it all to life! We felt completely overwhelmed with everything you did to make our day so perfect! We could never simply refer to you as a vendor because Tommy and I both agree, you made us feel like you truly cared and it wasn't just another event in your schedule. You went so far above and beyond what we ever imagined this day could be and truly made it unforgettable! We love you and your personal touches on every aspect of our wedding is something we will remember forever!!! #somethingsmoneycantbuy

We are not big into tradition, so we did not need a cake to cut. We went with all cupcakes. We did a "Bride's Pick" Champagne Pear and "Groom's Pick" Guinness Chocolate. All night people were asking where our cupcakes were from! Over a year later people are still raving about them. They were delivered and set up at the venue in a timely manner with no issues. My maid of honor returned the stands to Frostings Etc the next day.

If you want the best cake or cupcakes ever for your event, Joe is the guy to see at Frostings, etc. Fantastic service, exceptional taste...our guests were blown away by how amazing his cupcakes were!

The one thing people complimented us on all night were our cupcakes. I promise you will not find anything like it. We shopped around and when we tried their cake, we knew this would be the talk of our wedding. Joe is an awesome guy and treats you like family. You have to give them a try.

Terrific! Joe was a pleasure to work with, professional, efficient and hilarious! He told us once we had a contract we were like family and thats exactly what it felt like. All of our guests raved about the cupcakes we had for our wedding (chocolate guiness, pear champagne and key lime) My only regret is not ordering more of the chocolate guiness because they vanished in no time. My brother is getting married in May and after eating the cupcakes at our wedding he is having them do his as well. You won't regreat working with Joe and his partner.

Instead of a cake we had 4 different types of cupcakes and a small cut cake. All of our guests LOVED the cupcakes. They were moist, delicious, and absolutely delightfully decorated! Our small cut cake was exactly the size and flavor we wanted. If you have guests that love sweets, Frostings Etc. is THE place for cupcakes! 3 days after our wedding, we are still eating the cupcakes and they taste AMAZING!

Delicious cupcakes! We had four different flavors for our wedding and they were a hit! Our guests loved them and so did we. Not only did Joe deliver amazing cupcakes, but he also handled my special requests flawlessly. I needed several vegan cupcakes for a guest - they were just as delicious and he made sure they weren't put out with the rest of the cupcakes so they weren't taken by people other than the guest they were intended for. He's easy to work with and very flexible. Definitely recommend.
